The property is reachable by snow car at certain times.
Guests must pay a mandatory fee per person for transport with baggage to and from the hotel on the date of arrival/departure depending by time of arrival.

Stanza ampia e letto molto comodo. Il balcone con la vista sulle montagne è da cartolina. Colazione buona e con diverse alternative. Siamo stati d'estate e la posizione è ottima per fare delle passeggiate! Si trova a 10/15 minuti in macchina da La Thuile. Personale disponibile e cortese.
La posizione è fantastica e in generale la camera è molto elegante
Purtroppo a colazione non ci sono posti sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti.. siamo arrivati e non c’erano più tavoli, abbiamo chiesto se si poteva andare nel ristorante a sedersi (che è letteralmente la sala accanto) e ci è stato detto di no.
Oltre a ciò non capisco perché ci si ostini a mettere il piumone invernale anche a luglio con 27 gradi in stanza.
Personale qualificato, educato e gentile.
Maitre di sala molto preparato, disponibile, battuta sempre pronta. Complimenti.

Le tarif de la suite king luxe ne correspond pas aux prestations que l'on trouve habituellement dans cette catégorie de prix.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau ds le minibar, de verre a disposition, de machine à expresso,etc .. ....qq petits détails d'accueil que mon trouve normalement ds ce type de chambre.

La cosa che più ci è piaciuta è stata la gentilezza e la cura che ci hanno dedicato.
Il maitre è di una precisione e cortesia che ha reso ancor più piacevole il soggiorno.
La spa completa e spaziosa. Nonostante agosto non troppo affollato.
Staff disponibile e professionale.
Caposala impeccabile.
Ristorante eccellente.
Vista dalla camera spettacolare.
Da prendere in considerazione anche per l'inverno per un impianto poco distante per raggiungere il comprensorio sciistico di La Thuile.

L’accueil la propreté la cuisine
The staff was friendly. The bulding is very nice, and the location could be nice, but the fact is it's hard to reach and you are practically stucked into the hotel in the evenings wasn't that nice.
Didn't have a shower in our room (paid 300€/night), Wifi was very poor, and the location was very challenging.
The shower in our room didn't work. Told the staff about it and they said they know there has been a problem before, yet they promised to fix it. On the next day, they told that it cannot be fixed because it would require a sizable pipe renovation. So apparently they keep on offering hotel rooms without shower in a skiing destination in a location where you cannot go anywhere else.
They offered an option to go to their spa, which was not only quite expensive (40€ per day), but they didn't let my son go there (except in the day time when we were naturally skiing). They let us use a shower in a different building for "free". Paid 300€/night in the hotel (and had 50€/person dinners in the hotel, since we didn't really have an option) so would have expected to have a proper shower.
The location is challenging. Ski-out, but ski-in didn't work even on a good day (good snow). Had the snow been even a bit sticky, would have had to walk quite a bit. Getting anywhere in the evening would require a snow mobile ride (min 30€ one-way), so practically the guests are stucked in the hotel.
Staff were very good and helpful.
Exceptional location on the mountain but this does create some logistic challenges!
The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable - perfect for relaxing after the slopes. View from the room is breathtaking! Miss it already.
The spa zone is top! I booked a relaxing massage, and it was amazing - just what I needed to unwind and recharge.
The breakfast offers a great variety of sweet and savory options; dinner menu is also great and all the dishes I tried were delicious.
Truly exceptional stay in every way, I can’t wait to be back!
