Pros:

First good point is the location of this property. Very nice staffs . They have space for car parking as well which is underground. We don't need to worry about the safety of our vechile
We will have fridge in every room which is best for Pondy traveller 🙂

Cons:

1. Bathroom pipe flow was very poor. We raised complaint but they took it very lightly.
2. Actual check out time was 11.30 as per hotel. But we did moved out around 12.30. But the hotel put pressure on us to move asap. They shouldn't do like this. Checked out on weekday (Monday)where the reservation would be very minimal.

Ok we check in 11pm an next day we check out 8pm 21 hours but we should pay two days money it was not worth

Location was good exterior & reception area was good and clean
