Dégradation, évidente du service du ménage, de l’accueil, et de l’humeur générale du personnel, qui ne devrait pas vous

Propreté et professionnalisme au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Accueil un peu sec, pas de détails sur votre séjour, on vous donne simplement votre clé.
Dégradation évidente du niveau d’accueil, de la prise en charge verbale, et du service du ménage ! L’année dernière, c’était impeccable ! Ce n’est pas du tout le cas cette année !
Service un peu sec au restaurant du soir, vous n’êtes pas bienvenu avec vos chiens par toutes les serveuses !

Das DFrühstück war sehr vielfältig und frisch. Das Foschkonzert🤣

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Mindestens ein Venti in dieser Hitze.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant
Belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon donnant sur un joli parc avec un étang
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel pris sur la terrasse
Accès super facile aux magnifiques bains de Zurzach, ( paiement en supplément de 35.-) par contre peignoir, serviette et sandales inclus
Parking souterrain (9.- par jour)

Cons:

La salle de bain semblait un peu vieillotte par rapport au standing de l’hôtel
Vu les températures de cet été et l’hôtel ne disposant pas de climatisation, il faisait évidemment un peu chaud dans la chambre

Comfortable stay for family with young kids
Pros:

Comfort double room is very clean, good size for a family with 2 young kids, great coffee machine, good toiletries. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly. Breakfast hot/cold selections were good - we were able to sit outside for breakfast on a breezy summer morning, where our kids enjoyed strolling in the courtyard.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room, which could be challenging during summer.
