Der Aufenthalt hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen, mit großem Abstand das beste Hotel in unserer Asien Tour. Es hat Boutique Charakter, klein aber fein. Sehr ruhig, toller Pool. Das Essen war phantastisch und insgesamt wunderbares Personal. Wir wurden abgeholt in einem sehr komfortablen Van , mit frischer Coconut Begrüßung während der Fahrt zum Hotel. Es sind diese wunderbaren Details. Die Zimmer und das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genauso wie es auf den Bildern aussieht.
Sie haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt für Angkor Wat unvergesslich gemacht. Den Tuk-tuk hat das Hotel organisiert. Der Fahrer hatte ausreichend Wasser und kühle Tücher zur Tour mitgenommen.
Wir haben das Familienzimmer genommen mit Verbindungstür.

As someone who has spent my entire career working in luxury hospitality and who has had the privilege of staying in many of the world’s leading hotels, I do not say this lightly: our experience with Santaya La Maison in Cambodia was exceptional from beginning to end.

This was an unexpected last minute trip to Cambodia, and from the moment we landed, the level of care and hospitality was immediately clear. Arriving at the airport to find a team member waiting with a personalised sign already set the tone. We were welcomed into a beautiful electric vehicle, our luggage was taken care of seamlessly, and we were offered chilled towels and fresh coconut water for the journey to the hotel. It was such a thoughtful and polished arrival experience, and after travelling extensively, those details matter.

When we arrived at the hotel, the welcome was equally warm. The team greeted us with another refreshing drink and cold towels before showing us to a stunning room complete with an outdoor shower and an enormous bath. The room felt luxurious yet calm, and immaculately maintained.

What impressed me most throughout our stay was the consistency. Luxury hospitality is not just beautiful design, it is attention to detail, maintenance, anticipation of guests’ needs and genuine warmth from the people delivering the experience. Santaya La Maison excels in all of these areas.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful, lush, green and impeccably cared for. Every part of the property feels loved and maintained to an incredibly high standard. The staff are among the kindest and most considerate people we have lever encountered. Nothing ever felt forced or scripted. If it started raining, someone would immediately appear with an umbrella. Every interaction felt thoughtful, natural and sincere. It is rare to find a team so genuinely invested in looking after guests.

El Hotel es fantástico, la atención es espectacular, estuvimos solo 2 noches, nos habríamos quedado mucho más. Nos dieron de regalo una botella de muy buen vino Chileno, un masaje para cada uno por día de alojamiento, el lavado de ropa es gratis… algo nunca visto en hoteles de tan alta calidad, además un diseño arquitectónico destacable . Great hotel warm friendly staff from the Gardner to the manager Bin. We had a very enjoyable stay nice and clean room and hotel good bed and air conditioning and great pool open till 10pm. The staff all tried to answer any question you had along with tips on the best things to do. Perfect stay for us.

It’s a lovely private resort away from downtown bustle. We booked a package that included airport pickup, daily massages and laundry service, and it was amazing. The staff was super lovely and really went out of the way to make our stay comfortable.

Shintana Saya nous a permis de bien nous reposer après de longues journées de marche dans les temples et après des soirées bien arrosés (liées au nouvel an khmer!)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout. Emily stood out for her efficiency, helping us organize our activity schedule and transportation seamlessly. The service was impressive—staff consistently anticipated guests’ needs, often being ready to assist even before being asked. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it. We genuinely have no complaints.

A hidden gem right at the entrance of Angkor Wat, just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the city center. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend booking a massage at the spa, it’s truly out of this world.

The staff is amazing. We had a package that included massages and the SPA was incredible as well. Even the drivers they organise for tours and just pick up and drop off are amazing and always on time. Would recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.
