Perfect base to explore Siem Reap and temples.
Pros:

A great location, very neat, great helpful staff, spacious breakfast and very professional spa (massage).
2 modern swimming pools and luxury beds next to the pool. I
The hotel has his own tuktuk service to go up and back to the city centre.
We also had a very good tuktuk driver (Mr Sovann) for the trips.

Amazing
Pros:

Everything. From the moment I arrived at the airport to when I left the hotel, the service was perfect.
Staff is beyond friendly, always smiling and willing to help. The room is very pretty and the bed comfortable.
Food was also great, I had 2 meals which were really good, and the breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The pressure was not great and there is nothing for holding the shower head.

Amazing facilities, gorgeous rooms, phenomenal staff
Pros:

AMAZING hotel. We absolutely loved it. The facilities were amazing, the room was gorgeous, and the staff was phenomenal. An extra shoutout to Mr. Pheak — he was so wonderful and kind!

The rooms were modern and very clean

Cons:

The hotel lacked an elevator, it was only inconvenient when you have to carry a lot of stuff upstairs, although the staff helped it would still take them many rounds to bring all the stuff to the room. The breakfast options were limited. Overall I still enjoyed my stay.

Really relaxing

It was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was so relaxing, and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The massage at the hotel was absolutely amazing! I thought the hotel was beautiful, but it was even more beautiful than I expected. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Gentilezza dello staff, accoglienza calorosa, piscina bellissima, camera gigante con vista su piscina e verde. Ottimo e puntuale il servizio lavanderia compreso nel prezzo. Un grazie particolare a Emily ed a Bin.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa... aggiungerei una lampada per leggere sul comodino e piu luce nel bagno.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We had a super stay. Great room (nespresso machine, huge bathroom with a tree inside!), lovely pool area, very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent value for money: they included free laundry, a 90' massage every day, free transport to and from the airport (luxury car, the driver greeted us with a fresh coconut and cold wet towels), free remorque transport into town. Would definitely stay here again!
