Pros:

Lovely friendly staff and owners are always there.Very helpful.Superb location close to bus stop and parking available.
Superb breakfast with lovely ladies in traditional dress be attentive and helpful.The hotel and rooms are spotless with wonderful mountain views from the balcony.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, Personal superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurden bei Bedarf sehr gute Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge gegeben.
Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war sehr sehr gut und ausreichend große Portionen. Wir sind nie hungrig vom Tisch aufgestanden. Frühstücksbuffet mit leckerer (und nicht übertrieben großer) Auswahl. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Frühstückseier wurden frisch gekocht.

Zimmer war immer sauber und bequem.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeberfamilie, angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Essen, gemütliches Zimmer, tolle Lage - auch mit Bussen gut erreichbar, Gästetickets für Busse, einige Seilbahnen und Museen der Region inklusive

Schöne Zimmer, gute Lage, gutes Essen und perfekter Service zu einem vernünftigen Preis.
Pros:

Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen mit 3 Gänge Menü waren ausgesprochen gut und reichhaltig. Beim Service hat man gemerkt dass das Hotel als Mehr - Generationen - Familienbetrieb geführt wird. Jeder war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt und das kommt nicht oft vor. Wir waren zum Wandern hier und die Lage des Hotels ist dafür perfekt weil sich die Bushaltestelle nur ca. 100 Meter entfernt befindet. Außerdem bekommt man die Alpbachtal - Card mit der man die Busse und die Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzen kann.

Cons:

Der Urlaub war leider zu kurz. Wir wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben.

Cons:

Mag sein, dass die HP Esser gut gegessen haben, A la carte muss der Koch noch viel lernen. Man kann dem Gast keinen alten oder totgekochten Hirschbraten vorsetzen, das ruiniert die an sich gute Bewertung. Beim Frühstück ist auch Luft nach oben. Kompottfrüchte mitten in der Obstsaison...naja.

Vybrali jsme výborně.
Pros:

Majitelé jsou moc milí, chovají se k hostům hezky, jídlo je moc dobré - jak snídaně, tak večeře. Poloha je výborná, všude se dá dobře dostat autem. Úžasné a pohodlné postele, krásný výhled z balkonu. Čistota opravdu excelentní.

Cons:

I když máte polopenzi, pití k večeři si platíte. Na pokoji není rychlovarná konvice.

Raport calitate-pret excelent!
Pros:

Hotelul este administrat de o familie extraordinara: oameni calzi, veseli, amabili, dispusi oricand sa ajute.
Desi camera era la strada, nu exista trafic noaptea si nu am fost deranjati de zgomot niciodata in 10 nopti.
Totul foarte curat.
Am ales un pachet de servicii cu demipensiune: Micul dejun este mai modest, in sensul ca lipseste variatea legumelor proaspete si a fructelor proaspete. Cina de asemenea este mai modesta pentru ca nu are salata in meniu in fiecare seara. Aceste observatii sunt pe baza experientei mele de 20 de ani la hoteluri si pensiuni din Austria cu demipensiune. Trebuie subliniat ca raportul calitate pret este excelent, iar toata mancarea servita la micul dejun si la cina a fost foarte buna, de calitate.
Locatia hotelului este intr-o zona foarte frumoasa.
La hotel exista parcare mare, suficienta pentru oaspeti.
Cardurile de vara primite la sosire, pentru toata perioada sejurului, ofera multe oportunitati de petrecere a timpului in zona si te scuteste de multe cheltuieli suplimentare.
Multumim gazde frumoase pentru acest sejur!

Cons:

In fiecare zi se face curat in camera, dar nu se schimba prosoapele zilnic (nici nu aveam aceasta pretentie), insa camerista muta prosoapele folosite de unde le-ai lasat, le aranjeaza frumos pe toate, iar cand vii in camera nu mai stii ce prosop, al cui este. Astfel ca degeaba existau 2 randuri de prosoape in camera, pentru ca amestecandu-le si schimbandu-le locul de unde le-ai agatat, ajungeai sa folosesti ce prosop iti venea la mana, chiar daca nu ai folosit tu acel prosop anterior. Acasa fiecare membru al familiei are propriile prosoape, ca si periuta de dinti. Am mentionat asta pentru ca e deranjant, insa nu mi-a afectat vacanta.

Balconul este comun si fiecarei camere ii corespunde o masa pe balconul comun, doar ca nu ni s-a spus care este masa noastra. Mesele sunt pozitionate intre camere, astfel ca doar unul dintre scaunele de langa usa camerei tale este al familiei tale, cealalta persoana din familie are scaunul in usa altei camere, iar unul dintre vecini are scaunul in usa ta. Putin aiurea aceasta organizare, dar nici asta nu ne-a afectat vacanta.

Herzlicher kann man kaum beherbergt werden

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst!
Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und waren hier bestens versorgt.
Alle waren so überaus lieb und herzlich, dass war eine richtige familiäre Atmosphäre.
Uns wurde jeder Wunsch förmlich von den Augen abgelesen und auch erfüllt.
Im Hotel war alles so makellos sauber und das leckere Essen müssen wir auf jeden Fall lobend hervorheben .
Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das in unserer Halbpension enthaltene 3-Gänge Menü waren immer frisch, abwechslungsreich und wirklich lecker.
Die Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht und die Nähe zu (beispielsweise) der Tiefenbachklamm waren ebenso toll.
Wir kommen unglaublich gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus Neuwirt mit all den lieben Menschen dort in jedem Fall weiter 🩷
