Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

De kamer was heel fijn ruim met een heerlijk bed. De badkamer was groot en mooi schoon en van alles voorzien van riteuls shampoo, douchegel,conditioner,bodylotion. Kortom heerlijk verblijf! We komen vast en zeker terug.

Cons:

De etensgeuren in de gangen en lift waren niet fijn. Er mogen glasgordijnen opgehangen worden aangezien de ramen niet schoon te houden zijn op de 10e verdieping.

Het bed was netjes en mooi

Cons:

Ik had via Booking.com een verblijf geboekt en het volledige bedrag vooraf betaald. Bij aankomst werd mij echter gevraagd om een borg van €100 via een bankoverschrijving te betalen. Dit was vooraf nergens duidelijk vermeld.

Bij het uitchecken kreeg ik de borg van €100 vervolgens contant terug. Daar was ik niet blij mee, omdat ik de borg via de bank had betaald en verwachtte dat deze ook op dezelfde manier zou worden teruggestort. Ik vind het bovendien niet netjes dat dit vooraf niet is gecommuniceerd. Als ik dit van tevoren had geweten, had ik hier rekening mee kunnen houden.

Prima hotel op praktische locatie.
Pros:

Ruime en nette kamer.

Cons:

De geur van het restaurant op de begane grond, hing in de lobby van dit hotel, heb hier bij de receptie ook melding van gemaakt. Was niet aangenaam, gelukkig niets hiervan in de kamer te merken.
