Tolles 4-Sterne Haus an super Lage und idealem Zugang zum Val Gardena und Seiser Alm.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegen zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und tolle Auswahl am Buffet morgens und abends am Vorspeisenbuffet.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungen Urlaub hier verbracht. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln im Gegenteil, alles war für uns perfekt. Wenn wir wieder nach Kastelruth fahren, dann bestimmt auch wieder hier ins Hotel. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Tutto ottimo: il cibo del ristorante davvero delizioso e originale; staff gentile e premuroso; camera (comfort) spaziosa, pulita, comoda; zona piscina e benessere ben attrezzata, pulita, ottima la temperatura dell'acqua della piscina (molto apprezzato l'orario adult-only); convenzione con la cabinovia Marinzen davvero vantaggiosa.

Cons:

Non essendoci l'aria condizionata, in camera, la notte faceva veramente troppo caldo, anche lasciando la finestra aperta. Suggerirei l'aggiunta di un buon ventilatore.

Pros:

Het is n mooi hotel, maar ook weer niet n plek om naar terug te gaan. Een beetje donker van binnen. Zwembad wat klein en ook niet heel veel ligplekken. Ontbijt lekker. Overdekte parkeerplaatsen. Op loopafstand van n paar restaurantjes. Dorpje is klein. Om naar seiser Alm te gaan moet je naar Seis am Schlern rijden voor de Seieser Alm Bahn.

Cons:

Kamer vrij warm want geen airco.

Bellissima struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, molto elegante e accogliente.
Camera molto grande e comoda, bagno spazioso.
La SPA è bellissima e la piscina esterna riscaldata vale il soggiorno!
Ottima la colazione, molto varia e con prodotti freschissimi.
Era prevista anche la merenda dopo le escursioni...
Buona la cena con ottimi dolci.
Garage gratuito di fonte.
Personale estremamente gentile ed educato.
La signora Monika è stata molto cortese e disponibile: ci ha anche suggerito i percorsi migliori per le nostre esigenze.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut

Cons:

Es waren keine Badeschlappen im Zimmer, und während dem Abendessen wurde schon sehr bald für das Frühstück aufgedeckt, was ich sehr störend fand.

Fantastic stay, great launching point to experience the Dolomites.
Pros:

The hotel is extremely comfortable and meet all expectations. We booked the week before arriving for a spontaneous trip and the hotel was more than accommodating. We also traveled with two dogs which was no issue. The hotel is right next to a gondola for a short easy hike and within an easy car dive or bus ride to major hiking areas. The hotel also offers discounted passes for bus rides. There are grocery stores and restaurants directly near the hotel which makes preparing for hikes or refueling after one extremely easy. Amenities were great.

Cons:

We were on the parking lot side so did not have a view of the landscape but the balcony was still very nice and semi-private. Nothing else.

Una bellissima e rilassante settimana.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la stanza e il fatto che fosse tutto estremamente pulito. La posizione dell hotel é perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro del paese, sia per fare dei trekking.

Cons:

Non ho segnalazioni da fare.

La grande accoglienza dell'Alto Adige
Pros:

A pochi passi dal centro del paese e dall'autostazione e adiacente alla funivia del Marizen Alm per la cui salita l'hotel offre un consistente sconto. Camera molto spaziosa e riccamente accessoriata, balcone confortevole, ben pulita da un personale attento alle esigenze (grazie signora Gabriella). Il personale è qualificato, gentile ed accogliente. Colazione abbondante e molto varia per tutte le esigenze. Cena varia, ricca di portate, equilibrata, di buona qualità. L'hotel dispone di piscina e sala wellness, di un garage sia gratuito che a pagamento, di molti spazi per il tempo libero (salette, sala giochi bimbi, deposito sci, affitto bici e tavolini e divanetti all'esterno). Simpatica l'offerta quotidiana di mele locali. La presentazione dell'hotel corrisponde pienamente alla realtà.

Cons:

Nell'offerta della cena per quanto abbondante, varia e di qualità, avremmo gradito una maggior attenzione alle tradizioni culinarie locali, magari come seconda offerta.
Purtroppo le condizioni climatiche ormai cambiate renderebbero necessaria una climatizzazione delle camere anche considerando che gli ambienti comuni e i corridoi già ne sono provvisti.

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt im Ort, Anschluss zur Gondel & ein wunderbares Bergpanorama direkt vor dem Fenster.

Cons:

Das Menü klang immer super, leider war das Alternativ-Gericht Abends meist sehr weit von dem Niveau der ersten Auswahl. Das war sehr schade.

Pros:

Excelente hotel! Nos sorprendimos para bien!! La cena y el desayuno muy completos. El personal muy amable. Teníamos que irnos antes que habiliten el desayuno y nos abrieron 15 min antes para que podamos ingresar. Camas muy confortables. Lindas vistas y una pileta interior para aprovechar. Volvería a ir sin dudas
