Una bellissima vacanza con il mio cagnolino

Ho avuto un upgrade e ho soggiornato nell'hotel Villa Kastelruth, che appartiene alla stessa proprietà. La staff è stato davvero gentile, il mio cagnolino è stato accolto con grande attenzione, l'hotel dispone anche di un buon ristorante. E' stata una bellissima vacanze

Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli aivan huippuluokkaa. Kaikki asiat hoituivat hienosti ja he ilmaisivat kiinnostusta jopa meidän vaellustemme onnistumiseen.
Upea 700 vuotta vanha rakennus oli saneerattu hienosti. Todella tyylikäs kokonaisuus.
Aamiainen oli runsas paikallisine tuotteineen. Yleisilme oli hyvin siisti ja suomalainen sauna oli mukava lisä.
Ilmainen parkkihalli oli lähellä hotellia. Hotellin sijainti Dolomiitteihin tutustumista varten oli aivan erinomainen.

Cons:

Ilmastointia ei ollut. Öisin oli hieman kuuma.
