The staff were outstanding. Efficient but warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious. Our room was both lovely and well appointed but also cosy and welcoming.

The hotel and bedrooms were very impressive.
Underfloor heating in the bathroom, with large walk in shower. Bose sound bar with large TV. Very comfortable bed, fridge with fresh milk & water and food and bar fabulous! Staff were very friendly & helpful

The Staff are superstars, really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you could ever need from water and milk in the fridge on arrival and topped up each day, tea/coffee etc. to toiletries, robes, slippers, cute little sleep kits with pillow spray and even a fan. So many more extra luxury touches. Breakfast was wonderful and great selection of cereals and continental style items, juices, to a range of freshly cooked menu options.
Staff were very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Room was very well maintained with lots of little extras provided. Dinner and breakfast were amazing.
