Staff were very friendly and helpful
Convenience and location
No remote for the TV. Very run down and basic. No toilet or shower in room, and even though they were near by, they were awful. Toilet seats loose, just run down
Right in town centre, land lord friendly easy to work with a free access to come and go.
Need wall sockets and a small refrigerator in room. Would like it to be a pet friendly also needs to be up dated on booking .com says that the they serve breakfast it has no active open kitchen. Not a problem as it’s in town.
All good
Nothing
The bedding was clean
The rooms need a full refurbishment.
The curtains were hanging off the wall
The furniture all needs replacing
The carpet was dated and old
There was no ensuite
There was half a toilet roll between 5 of us no one to ask to get any more.
The rooms were dusty and the headboard was minging.
We travel a lot in different hotels and hostels and this is the worst place we have ever stayed, I would say a jail cell is in better condition than these rooms.
It was over priced for the rooms and I would suggest about £30 per room in the condition they are in.
My fault also as I didn't check the pictures of the rooms as I just booked.
After checking the pictures on the website they do not match the room's.
The carpets are all ripped, plaster fallen off the ceilings. The furniture is off Noah's ark and all needs replacing.
It was an experience that we don't want to do again, my children are so upset, disappointed and didn't even want to stay in the place.
Where the property was located was easy to find
Could only open one window a little bit wallpaper on ceiling was pinned up with nails and wasn't the cleanest and had to share toilets and shower rooms with other guests so didn't use em
Location was about 2
O min walk to the open air theatre..clean room comfy beds
Great location, nice little pub, the room was basic, nice clean bed linen, good value for money
My only criticism is that they really need to invest in new carpets on the stairs and landings and in the rooms.
Bedroom clean
Nothing
The staff were lovely and check in was easy and smooth
Not having our own toilet or washing facilities was a minor inconvenience
Location spot on,room very very dated.
Refurb.
Location and comfy, clean bed
No en-suite but we knew that on booking so no issue
The bed was clean and comfortable
The place needs a good clean and furniture needs replacing. Definitely wasnt inviting....very off putting the state of the carpets on the stairs
Comfy beds, plenty of towels
Difficult to close the curtains because they were coming off the track
