Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The place needs a good clean and furniture needs replacing. Definitely wasnt inviting....very off putting the state of the carpets on the stairs

One night for Deacon Blue
Pros:

Comfortable twin room for 1 nights stay , beds very clean and comfortable as were the pillows and towels . Shared toilet and shower but knew that had stayed before . Cheapest price on booking.com for that date which was good . Tea and cofee in room and kettle so had a drink before we left next day . Had a good nights sleep.

Cons:

There is a lot of stairs to climb which isnt suitable for some people . Stairway very dusty and not very clean . Decoration of passageways could be better . Loose floorboard on landing near our room , clanked when walked over .

A simple, clean and tidy room
Pros:

Clean and tidy room and bedding, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, an electric kettle, a cup, a spoon, and sugar/coffee sachets, a TV. The washbasin in the room was very comfy.

Cons:

The is small and minimalist style, but all was fine, no complaints.

The location was ideal.

Cons:

Unfortunately this establishment needs a good refurbishment. The rooms resemble that of a hostel. Really run down. There were stains all across the walls and ceilings, big cracks on the walls too. The toilets are separate to the rooms. The walls are thin enough to hear other residents talking.
The lady that greeted us and showed us the rooms was very rude and not welcoming at all.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
