За съжаление стаите са с овехтяло обзавеждане,без хладилник и климатик, за телефон ,който е задължителен въобще не говорим.Закуската е оскъдна с възможно най-нискокачествени продукти.Персонала е с крайно грубо, невъзпитано и нелюбезно отношение.Единственото хубаво нещо са басейните, но охраната пуска големи групи от роми/над 10-15 човека/, които се настаняват , шумни и арогантни, пият и консумират храна в басейните, без да им правят забележка.Постепенно другите гости напускат и остават само групите от роми.Това прави басейните неизползваеми.Не бих повторила престоя си и не препоръчвам хотела.

Pros:

Богата закуска на блок маса. Хотела е разположен на тихо място свеж въздух и спокойствие. Два басейна с топла минерална вода.

Cons:

Обслужването персонала беше не достатъчен за толкова много почиващи.

Спокойно, приятно място за релакс, превъзходен басейн, чист и голям/тази година обаче не беше добре затоплен,дюзите не работеха и се разчиташе на 1 маркуч-за м,Септември, беше студенчка водата/, а всъшност басейна е атракцията там. Учтив персонал, наличен охраняем паркинг, подсигурена закуска, има обедно меню,Всяка стая е с балкон и от по високите етажи се разкрива пресрасна гледка,

Местоположението е страхотно! Много близко е до центъра. Закуската в хотела когато е на блокмаса е супер, стаите са широки, чисти и удобни. Персонала са грижовни, мили и отзивчиви! Басейните са изключително чисти и поддържани. Обядвахме си всеки ден в ресторантчето на хотела и храната (обедното меню) е УНИКАЛНА! Цените са супер…

Cons:

Единственото неудобство за хотела е , че няма хладилници в стаите а ние бяхме с малки деца и пюрета, които трябваше да съхраняваме в хладилник.
