Pros:

Graziosa villa viareggina che mantiene l’atmosfera e lo stile della struttura originaria. Proprietari cortesi e gentili, posizione ottima vicino alla pineta e comoda per la spiaggia.
Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla e ci è stata sta una camera quadrupla più grande e con aria condizionata che viste le temperature ha reso più piacevole la permanenza .

Cons:

Anche se la struttura vuole mantenere giustamente lo stile e l’atmosfera tipica forse una piccola rinfrescata sia alle parti comuni sia alle camere con qualche piccolo ammodernamento renderebbe ancora migliore il soggiorno.

Fin dal primo momento si respira un’atmosfera di rara gradevolezza, merito di una gestione familiare impeccabile che coniuga una squisita cortesia a una spontanea e calorosa accoglienza, capace di far sentire l'ospite costantemente accudito. La posizione della struttura è semplicemente privilegiata: incastonata a brevissima distanza dalla suggestiva pineta e a pochi passi dal celebre lungomare viareggino. Oltre al rigore impeccabile della pulizia, abbiamo profondamente apprezzato la ricercata cura nell'arredamento degli ambienti e la meticolosa attenzione dedicata al comfort dell'ospite; una menzione speciale va alla comodità del letto e alla raffinata premura del set con bollitore, ideale per concedersi un momento di quiete in stanza. Una dimora di charme che consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un connubio perfetto tra centralità, tranquillità e autentica ospitalità versiliese.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar! ⭐️ Top-Lage, sehr sauber und trotz der absolut zentralen Lage und des lebendigen Nachtlebens erstaunlich ruhig. Ich war im 3. Stock und habe von den vielen Bars, der Musik und dem Trubel auf der Straße in meinem Zimmer überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Es war richtig ruhig und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Гостеприимные хозяева, легко найти, есть лифт для багажа, комната была без кондиционера, но, несмотря на жару, вентилятора было достаточно! Есть дворик. Недалеко от вокзала и пляжа - примерно 15 минут в каждое направление. Комната была на троих, просторная, высокие потолки, ванная комната такая же, мини-балкон для сушки вещей.

Consigliato per qualità/prezzo, accoglienza e posizione della struttura.
Pros:

posizione ottima, a circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia. Host estremamente accogliente e disponibile e non è scontato per la zona. Ambiente molto familiare ma non invadente.

Cons:

Qualche miglioria strutturale visto che la struttura non è estremamente vecchia ma neanche nuovissima. Dotare di aria condizionata tutte le stanze potrebbe essere un surplus. Il parcheggio, ma purtroppo non dipende dalla struttura, è una vera tragedia.
