I had an incident but nothing related to the property and host was supportive. Also there is no sunlight in this apartment so it's best for short-term stays.

Un lugar muy limpio, ordenado y elegante
Free laundry including laundry detergent and a dryer. Complimentary snacks upon arrival, the coffee was particularly nice. Location is good for the university, UniCentro & Éxito, and bars and restaurants. The kitchen was decently equipped to make meals. The co-working space seemed nice. The aesthetic is sleek and cool, but unfortunately they missed the mark with the other details.
The view is of a gas station. I would strongly recommend they get top-down blinds so guests can see the mountains and let natural light in without having to be bothered by the lights and view of the gas station and street.
The bed was so soft that it sunk into the middle.
In addition to the noise from the street and bar, you can hear every word from anyone in the hall. Also it's super loud when the cleaning staff are moving furniture in the room above you.
The "pool" is a glorified chlorinated bathtub. I'm a very short person and I couldn't even do a breaststroke without kicking the walls. I was able to do 3 freestyle strokes along the length. I suppose the point is to attract people who just want to sit and drink in it, not exercise.
I liked the kitchenette, allowing me to fix meals. There is also a laundry to wash clothes. That was very helpful. And the staff is good and friendly.
There is street noise. That was my only complaint.
La ubicacion
Teníamos reserva por tres días y solo aguantamos uno. Horrible el apartamento... Incómodo.. colchón dañado...las Cortinas no funcionan... El precio de $400000 por noche es escandaloso,. Pagamos $600000 por la noche y salimos corriendo. Lo que muestran en facebook es engañoso... Booking no debiera ofrecer semejantes paquetes chilenos.

Everything! We loved Factory Lofts. Location is great, the facilities are wonderful, clean and the room was perfect. The best part is the staff! Everyone is super helpful sans cheerful and most spoke great English which was very nice. We particularly enjoyed talking with and getting information from Andreas and Emiliano. Thank you guys so much for making our stay amazing ! The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. We will return!
