We only booked the room for a quick stopover in Sighisoara for the afternoon; to have a quick rest, shower, and put our bags somewhere.
It is in a central location, with a cafe & restaurant as part of the hotel. The staff were available and organised a taxi for us late at night to the local train station.
It was great for what we needed!

Fantastic location, super coffee and jams at breakfast, big bathroom.
Beds are poor. Staff not too friendly, might be because they were overwhelmed with work during Pentecost. During the stay music played till 11PM with extreme volumes outside the hotel, which is not directly the hotel's fault, but they shouldn't allow it, the whole building was shaking to the music.
