Bardzo udany pobyt, warunki w hotelu przerosły moje wyobrażenia o trzygwiazdkowym hotelu
Pros:

Duży pokój, fajny basen i jacuzzi. Śniadania ok, duża różnorodność produktów. Bardzo dobra restauracja, z umiarkowanymi cenami dań. Bezpłatny parking.

Kanapa w pokoju była niestety zarwana, brak papieru toaletowego w łazience i przydałaby się lodówka w pokoju.

Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Pyszne śniadania z dużym wyborem, fajne centrum SPA, czyściutko! Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z Toruniem i Ciechocinkiem. Stacja kolejowa około 100 m od hotelu, ale nie jest z tego powodu głośno. Naprawdę fajne miejsce w niedrogiej cenie :-)

Przestronny, ładnie urządzony pokój.
Smaczne śniadanie.
Przyjemny basen i kącik dla dzieci, tylko późno otwierany w tygodniu.

Cons:

Pani na recepcji, która powiedziała, że nie ma kącika dla dzieci (jest obok basenu, fajny), pomyliła godziny otwarcia basenu i wydawania śniadania.

Basen, strefa spa i siłownia godna polecenia

Cons:

Godzinę przed końcem śniadania większość bemarów była pusta lub były same resztki, Pani która obsługiwała salę spoglądała gdzie jedzenia już nie ma i zabierała plakietki z nazwą potrawy nie dokładając jedzenia. Woda w pokoju pod prysznicem była zimna. Na ciepłą czekało się około 5 minut a jednego wieczoru nie było jej wcale. Gdy chciałam to zgłosić dwa razy nie było nikogo w recepcji. Podczas wymeldowania gdy chciałam powiedzieć o zaistniałej sytuacji, powiedziano mi że zostawia się kartę w recepcji i wychodzi bez czekania na pracowników hotelu. Niestety mój pobyt nie spełnił moich oczekiwań.
