Amazing food. Very basic and tired rooms and outside needs TLC
Pros:

The property inside the hotel shared areas were really pretty, breakfast was delicious, staff were polite property was clean
Food was absolutely wonderful, hats off to the chef!

Cons:

The bed was a small double and was a tight squeeze for me and my partner,
The drink facilities at breakfast were messy and just thrown together, which was a shame because the food was extremely delicious.
The door hardly opened enough in the bathroom without getting stuck on the sink or toilet
Maybe just switch the door to a sliding one or open another way.
A not said bath Matt on request, I don’t want to request it, it should be in the room.
Overall was very noisy people above and below us.
Room said it had an iron, it didn’t so we were unable to wear an item of clothing to a wedding we were attending.
**The front of the pub has a gap in the fence, not only does it look rubbish as a first impression but when your eating in the garden looks tacky and a poor family couldn’t relax as we’re constantly chasing the kids away from the fence*** this is a big problem.
Night outside needs some TLC

Pros:

Large room, clean and comfortable. Great full size mirror to get ready in the morning.

Cons:

Could do with a floor lamp as either you had the main lights on or had a very small glow from bedside lights and small lamp on the desk. Not enough for a large room.

Pros:

Leuke regio net buiten Londen. We hebben dit gekozen als tussenstop van Cornwall terug naar België. Super leuke bar en lekker eten.

Lovely hotel with a great dinner and great full english breakfast
Pros:

Comfortable room with good size shower room.
Had lovely two course special dinner.
Lovely full english breakfast. Cooked to order not buffet.

Cons:

Unfortunately no A/C but they did provide 2 fans per room. My room was fine temperature wise although my friends room was warmer than he would have liked.

Hotel staff didn't respond to messages via booking.com so when we arrived we had to negotiate on how to store bikes.

Expensive for what is was and not friendly or welcoming
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Dirty toilets, tired decor in rooms, no air conditioning. The small fan did nothing to help.
The ceiling/ floor between rooms is so thin that we were kept up for hours by the ppl in the room above. They had to check if our room was ready after the 3pm check in time as they only have one housekeeper. Our room was ready, but that meant that someone else’s wasn’t and if we booked again, it could be ours that wasn’t ready on time. Checking staff not helpful and there was a clear air of the staff not happy with the way things were run.

Basic, friendly, good food but service a bit disjointed
Pros:

Breakfast was good, dinner weas good. Aesthetic of the place was nice. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms.

Cons:

Service was a little slow and disorganized. Although id settled the bill for myself and my colleagues on check-in, one of my team were challenged that the bill hadn't been paid when they checked-out so I had a phone call saying we owed them money.

The rooms don't have air-con which, for a place like this isn't uncommon, but the fan in the room was so filthy and embedded with dust that I didn't want to use it.
