Great location with good weather
Pros:

Nice pool and very clean

Cons:

The electric in each room is controlled by placing a card in the wall which is in the doorway but the lights on the corridors don’t stay on long enough making it difficult to see to lock the door

Pros:

Отличный отель для 3 звёзд!
Хочу выразить огромную благодарность персоналу гостиницы: очень доброжелательные люди, пошли нам на встречу - заселили в номер ранее, чем по правилам. Также предоставили электрочайник.
Уборщица также была очень старательной и отзывчивый. Отличное местоположение. Завтраками также остались довольны. Если вы отдыхаете с детьми - отель Смолян отличный вариант.
Большое спасибо! Желаю процветания вашей гостинице Смолян!

Cons:

Из минусов гостиницы:
- интернет только в зоне рецепции;
- в нашем номере (на двоих) не было окон, только дверь на балкон. Но её не хотелось оставлять открытой на ночь.
