Pros:

Booking.comのミスで私の名前を間違えて伝えられていたが、対応をしっかりしてくれた。
洗濯機や、ヒーターの使い方を丁寧に教えてくれた。

Cons:

洗面所の換気扇の音がうるさかった
朝食、2年前よりも品数が減っていた

Cons:

No elevator had to climb 3 floors with 2 big suitcases. So be sure to select the right rooms and request rooms on lower floors if carrying big suitcases.

Rooms with a Good view. Parking not guaranteed even thoughthey advertise. No restaurant at the hotel. Elevators are not

Provided comfortable bed and room had a good view.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average with no hot breakfast. Only cold breakfast. Life was not available.. towels were not of good quality.

An amazing stay with breathtaking views, excellent service, and a perfect location — I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, extremely clean, and perfectly located in the center of Grindelwald. The view of Eiger from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking.

The rooms were excellent, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was also very good, with an amazing view overlooking the mountains.

I truly liked this hotel, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The reception staff were very kind and friendly, especially Marcelo. He was extremely helpful during my stay, and I would like to thank him very much for his kindness and support.

Cons:

Everything was as expected, and there was nothing to complain about.
