Rooms are very dated and decor could be improved. Everytime the guest in room above moved the whole room creaked , meaning everytime they went loo it woke me up

Highly recommended play to stay.
Pros:

Location, not too close to town, but not too far. Nice view. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Washer and Dryer.

Very nice stay in Grindelwald for 2-3 night, relatively close to rail station.
Pros:

Relatively close to Grindelwad rail station. 6 min by foot. Reasonable breakfast. Nice view to the mountains.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and thete are not so many plug in posts.

Excellent views and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Absolutely superb view of Eiger from our balcony. This guest house has one of the best views in Grindelwald of this famous mountain. Excellent room and breakfast. All staff really welcoming and helpful.

View was spectacular. Smoking, noise and no air conditioning and issue.
Pros:

No air conditioning was an issue. We could hear upstairs people moving chairs. The smoke from the balcony next door came into our room. If you make a room non smoking it SHOULD INCLUDE THE BALCONY!!

Cons:

Sorry see above. I did like the view and location.
