2度目の利用
Pros:

チェックイン時のSTAFFの方が、とても感じ良く丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
朝食バイキングは変わらず安定した美味しさで、STAFFの皆さんもとてもよい感じでした。
チェツクアウト12時は、ゆっくりできてありがたいですね。

Cons:

外出時のフロントのお二人は少し？笑顔も無くサービス業には余り向いておいでではないかも…
隣の部屋の方の壁ドン音は少しびっくりしました。
モーニング時のコーンフレークのところに有ったスプーン（多分スープスプーン）が少し油膜がある感じでした。またデザートの所のスプーンとフォークが先の見えない容器に立ててあり、何人かスプーンを取ろうとしてフォークだったりで戻す様子を見ました。先が見えるような透明な容器の方が良いかもしれませんね。

In room entertainment could be improved. One single English TV channel - only CNN. TV had no YouTube or Netflix and the video-on-demand feature didn’t work.

Pros:

朝食！素晴らしかったです。お値段以上でした。
夜のご飯も少し高めでしたが、すごく満足でした。朝食の美味しいホテルでうたってもいいくらいだと思います！

Cons:

他のホテルと比較し
隣や廊下の音、シャワートイレの音が筒抜けでした。
シャワートイレのドアが簡単な作りで、少し嫌な気分でした
