Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück (vegetarisch) hat mir sehr gut gefallen, die Auswahl vollkommen ausreichend und das Brot super lecker. Jegliche Kaffeesorte wurde frisch gekocht und serviert.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig sodass wir jeden Schritt über uns mitbekamen.

Mooi hotel op een geweldige locatie! Als je rust wil op Texel dan vind je dat hier!
Pros:

De locatie was rustig maar perfect. Precies wat we zochten. we hadden een leuke kamer in de oude schuur (lodge). Dit erg knus en cosy. Vanuit de kamer liep je zo via het terras de tuin en weide in met schommel en zitbanken. Met mooi weer is dit echt geweldig. daarnaast hebben we de rust en stilte als ook de vrijheid in de natuur nabij de dijk van de Waddenzee als zeer aangenaam en rustgevend ervaren. Precies wat we nodig hadden na een moeilijke en zware tijd privé.

Cons:

Wat mij/ons tegenviel is het ontbijt. We hadden ons daar erg op verheugd gezien de reviews. Echter, wij vonden de mogelijkheden zeer beperkt. Alles is gericht op duurzaamheid en circulariteit. Op zich kunnen we dat goed waarderen maar je kunt hierin ook doorslaan. Zo was er bij het ontbijt geen enkele vorm van vleeswaren beschikbaar en moesten we het doen met kaas, jam en hagelslag. Wel geweldige koffie en sappen. Voor iemand die geen kaas eet / lust wordt het dan zeer karig. Hiervan hadden we meer verwacht ondanks dat we erop werden gewezen dat het ontbijt 'vegetarisch' was toen we al waren gearriveerd. Dit had ik bij de boeking over het hoofd gezien en kan dus duidelijker.

Kamer,badjas maat38 veel te klein,geen stoel om iw schoenen aan te doen,in de kamer alleen maar soort barstoelen vrij hoog aanwezig,vrij klein voor zulke prijs.

Op Oost is echt een plek voor een )romantisch)
Pros:

Wat een ongelofelijk fijne plek is Op Oost. Dé plek om tot rust te komen en Texel te verkennen. Voor een koppel is het echt top! De kamers zijn fijn, goede bedden, van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast is het ontbijt heerlijk én de snacks & avondeten dat wordt aangeboden maakt dat je helemaal niet weg hoeft. De mensen zijn erg gezellig, fijn en warm in de omgang. Je voelt je echt meteen thuis bij Op Oost!

Cons:

Het enige wat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat muggen in de kamer (houd de ramen dicht) en ‘s avonds zaten er nog wat gasten tot laat in de bar, maar dat was éénmalig en onoverkomelijk.

Top verblijf op Texel!
Pros:

Erg mooi en stijlvol hotel. Er hangt een leuke sfeer. Fijne kamers! Het eten is hier echt top! Het ligt op een fijne en rustige plek op het eiland. Neem je fiets mee :-) Wij hebben het hele eiland rondgefietst. Superleuk!

Cons:

Eén heel klein dingetje... De wasbak in de badkamer vonden we erg klein en daarom niet zo handig. Maar verder was de kamer superfijn

Zaujímavý hotel s obrovskou designovou izbou. Boli sme iba jednu noc ale stále to za to. Prostredie a čistota tu bola na prvom mieste. Obsluha bola očarujúca a raňajky úžasné.

Это номер как бы при ресторане. Ресторан отличный, кстати. Персонал в нем выше всяких похвал. Отличное обслуживание за завтраком. Вкусный кофе. Во дворе есть загон с хрюшками. Очень забавные. Чисто и аккуратно у них.
Есть столик у номера. Красивый вид.

Cons:

В номере нет даже столовых принадлежностей. Нет бокалов для вина. Ресторан не работал в воскресенье. Это очень неудобно. Магазины и кафе далеко от гостиницы и рано закрываются.. Вероятность остаться голодным весьма велика..

Maar aangezien het vegetarisch was miste ik als gewoone mens toch het spek en een plakje ham bij me ontbijt....ik vind als wij ons moeten aanpassen naar vegetariërs en veganisten dan mag er ook rekening worden gehouden met de normale mensen

A stylish, warm, relaxing hotel with fantastic food on a truly beautiful island

My wife and I spent four magical days at Op Oost on Texel Island and could not have been happier with the experience. While the rooms at the hotel are simple, they are comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself is remarkably stylish in a spare kind of way. Located in the northeast corner of Texel, just above the picturesque village of Oosterend, perhaps the most beautiful of the island's seven little towns, Op Oost welcomes guests into a serene environment in which it is easy to unwind. The breakfast features gorgeous bread and crispy buttery croissants, as well as a wonderful selection of granolas, nuts, yogurts and fruits, and the coffee and tea are excellent. We splurged on the Michelin fine dining experience, a leisurely three-and-a-half culinary experience featuring a variety of exquisitely prepared dishes, including gorgeous oysters in beurre blanc and a memorable plate of famously tasty Texel lamb shank and neck prepared in two ways. We also greatly enjoyed going oystering on the local strand with chef Joram's spry, generous father. And the island itself is a fabulous pace to go biking and explore, one of the most beautiful places we have visited in the past several years.

Cons:

The rooms might be bigger, and it would be nice to be able to open a window at night, but these are small complaints about what really is a fantastic boutique hotel.
