Wonderful!
Pros:

Amazing staff customer service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the breakfast Filipino buffet. Also next to the front desk of the hotel is the massage place that you can booked easily. You can have a relaxing massage with tea after and go back to your room at the 5th floor.

Everything was so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Iloilo city!

Cons:

I wish they can make the AC colder. Other than that, I can’t think of anything.

Convenient as i have to do dialysis every 2nd day, and St Paul’s Hospital was right there
Pros:

Mattress was quite hard and pillows need more “floof”, but manageable

Cons:

The 4am loud speakers 😳🥴 at City hall

Pros:

Room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet not to be missed. Front desk staff were professional, delightful to deal with, and very competent especially Steph who checked us in at 5:00 AM! Easy access to Atrium stores and SM Delgado just a short walk.

Cons:

Water pressure could be better.

Pros:

Hotel jest umiejscowiony na 4. i 5. piętrach budynku, w którym znajduje się też centrum handlowe oraz restauracje, więc wszystko jest niemalże dosłownie w zasięgu ręki. Śniadanie jest wyjątkowe!!!! Personel jest super miły, a lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta.

Cons:

Pokoje mogłyby być trochę lepiej wygłuszone, bo dźwięki z korytarza są dość dobrze słyszalne w środku pokoju (w szczególności głośne zamknięcia drzwi w innych pokojach, na które nie można nic poradzić, bo tak są skonstruowane drzwi do pokoi). Ale tak poza tym naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić

Very pleasant staff. Restaurant was well laid out, and only too helpful staff.

Cons:

Wi Fi was unreliable. Hallway sometimes had noisy guests. Window with a view would be better.
