Cons:

Not sufficient drainage in bathroom so wet room flooded all the floor. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were in edible due to not being cooked fully

Stayed to see family in Cannock ideal location and lovely hotel.
Pros:

Hotel and room was amazing all spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was included and was really nice and lots of add extras to having before having your hot option, we had fully English and the scrambled eggs all delicious.
We had lunch when we arrived and again that was delicious-club sandwich, sausage bap and cappuccino.
Lovely staff in hotel and bar.

Great stay
Pros:

The Junior suite with balcony was lovely, very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

The balcony could do with more a cover over head for when there is wet weather.

Excellent facilities, lovely staff, really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Really nice rooms, very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk for me but I have access issues. I asked the week before if I could have an accessible room but nothing was available which was fair enough. There was a lift which was good. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay .

Disappointing stay. Room was clean but hotel tired. Spa dirty and not 4 star or value for money.
Pros:

The view from our balcony and room was spacious.

Cons:

Food was over cooked and the hotel looked tired and the balcony was peeling and tatty and table and chairs on the balcony was covered in old bird poo. The spa was dirty and the facilities were poor.
