Pros:

Pros:

They have not allocated AC room and I was forced to move to another hotel. I called and checked with them about booking confirmation immediately after booking and they have confirmed that the booking is done with AC but when I called around 9 pm before check in for the reason of delay in check in to 10 PM, they said there is no AC room. Very bad.

over all good except charges for the same taken from us.

online booking actually we thought AC room but inperson gone there, then hotel receptionist informed only non ac booked, hence extra charges taken from us. it was our mistake. online not seen type of room. so infuture please provide information in the app. for easy understanding while booking. thank you..
