Decent place but disappointing lack of care from the staff- no attempt to resolve the TV not working

breakfast was included, secure bike storage (in the linen and food store)

Cons:

TV in the room wasn't working and staff barely seemed interested in resolving this issue. we'd booked this hotel specifically as it advertised it was a 'cycling-themed hotel'. the advertised "Flat-screen TV" was there but there was no signal!!! We'd booked this hotel because we intended to watch the final stage of the cycling race, La Vuelta, so we left Ronse city centre and cycled up the hill early specifically - only to have no TV signal and staff completely disinterested. Such a shame. Also, the cafe on site was meant to stay open til 6pm but was already closing up at 4pm, I'm glad we had brought food with us

De locatie is prima.

Cons:

Verschillende zaken vielen tegen:
- Frans onthaal in de Vlaamse Ardennen
- besteld cava eerste dag had geen enkel sprankeltje meer
- we hadden kamer gereserveerd met mooi uitzicht, kregen een kamer met zicht op de parking
- de akoestiek in gebouw is slecht. Je hoort letterlijk het potten-en pannengekletter uit de keuken in je kamer
- niet elk personeelslid was even vriendelijk
- eerste nacht is een deel van een vals plafond met enorm geluid naar beneden gekomen. We probeerden nachtnummer te bereiken maar geen gehoor. Volgende ochtend wist nog steeds niemand van het personeel hier iets van ondanks ons sms-bericht en ingesproken bericht. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Deel van plafond aan badkamer hing schuin en alle buizen van airco waren plots zichtbaar. We hadden schrik dat geheel nog verder naar beneden zou vallen. Nu, dit kan gebeuren maar de manier waarop men hier vanuit het hotel mee om is gegaan, is alles behalve klantvriendelijk. We hebben zelf een compensatie gevraagd: die hebben we na veel over en weer gebel gekregen o.v.v. een gratis avondmaal maar we hadden graag nog een kleine vergoeding op prijs gesteld voor de eerste slapeloze nacht. Dat was voor eigenaar onbespreekbaar. We hebben hem trouwens ook altijd zelf moeten contacteren en hebben hem niet gezien.

Pros:

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor fietser en wandelaar. Mooi uitzicht vanuit restaurant. Zéér lekker gegeten in restaurant!! Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel.

Cons:

Matras is enorm hard, nochtans zijn wij gewoon van op een harde matras te slapen. Kamer verdienen een opfrisbeurt, al heel wat gebruikssporen aanwezig.

het ontbijt is voortreffelijk, ter plaatse wordt je eitje bereid.
Het uitzicht op de Hotond is gewoonweg fantastisch

Cons:

iets meer hygiëne op de kamers, in de hoeken waren er spinnenwebben, maar dit doet zeker geen waardevermindering van de accommodatie hoor, dis is enkel maar een kleine vermelding

Der Preis ist zu hoch für den gebotenen Service und Ausstattung. Frühstück ist aber gut.

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes Ambiente und schön gelegenes kleines Hotel (10 Zimmer).

Der Preis ist zu hoch für den gebotenen Service und Ausstattung.
Die Rolstuhlzugänglichkeit vom Parkplatz aus ist alles außer Rollstuhlfreundlich und ohne Hilfe nicht zu schaffen (einmal im Hotel is es "ok", aber der immer offenstehenden Glastür sperrt teilweise den Weg zum Aufzug.
