El personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El hotel estaba bien, pero quizás le faltaba algo de mantenimiento. El desayuno era abundante y variado, podría mejor la calidad.

간이 주방을 개방해줘서 손님들이 간단히 음식을 해먹게도 해주네요.
밤에 루프탑에 가서 별보는 재미도 있고, 수영장도 즐길만 해요.
직원들이 친절합니다.
방 컨디션은 괜찮은 편이에요

너무 외딴곳에 있으니 곧장 오토바이 렌트해야해요
오토바이 렌트 가능한데 이 호텔 자체는 아니고 소개시켜줘서 가져오는데 저렴한 편이에요. 물론 가져다주니 선택의 여지없이 복불복이라 마음에 안들수 있어요.
조식은 그냥 그래요.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Truntum Boutique Mandalika.
Le logement est très bien situé, légèrement excentré du centre à environ 15 min en scooter de celui-ci, avec une route très belle.
La vue de la piscine et du rooftop sont magnifiques.
La chambre est très belle avec les équipements nécessaire.
Le personnel est le plus gros + de cette hôtel, ils nous accueillent très bien à chaque fois que le l’ont rentrait dans le logement.

Awesome staff, beautiful views, a great pool, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the team was always happy to assist with anything we needed, including arranging scooter rentals and airport transfers. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help.

Cons:

Towels and pillowcases had a few stains. Replacing them would further enhance the guest experience.
