Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und das Personal war super freundlich und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. So etwas hatte ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt. Wir danken dem Hotel für die wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder 👍👍😃😃

Freunliches Personal, nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen, immer offenes Ohr und lösen alle Probleme und Fragen. Ruhige Lage, Tiefgarage, mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Der Ort war für Ausflüge gut gelegen. Sehr sauber. Angenehme Hotelatmosphäre besonders das Speiserestaurant.sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Wir hatten Halbpension und da muß man wissen das man in Schwaben ist.... wenn man etwas haben möchte muss man danach fragen... man kann alles bekommen, doch Service ist auch wenn man beim Frühstück nicht nach allem fragen muss. Angebote hielten sich hier in Grenzen. Speisen wurden nur auf Anfrage nachgelegt sonst sah man nur je eine Scheibe oder leere Teller. Halbpension...Vorauswahl bestand aus drei Gerichten ... die Teller waren sehr übersichtlich kulinarisch keine Highlights. Die Dusche war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Bei dem herzlichen Personal das immer ein Ohr für Gespräche offen hat, ober bei der herrlichen Lage mit Blick zum See oder das sehr vorzügliche Essen, (HP) das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Es werden sogar Gesichter auf die Schale der gekochten Eier gemalt. Die Zimmer tgl. Picobello sauber gemacht.
Es schreit nach Wiederholung wir kommen sicher wieder
