A beautiful hotel with great service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Natura Boutique Hotel in Skopelos. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a gorgeous rooftop pool and fabulous views. Our room was spotless, stylish and thoughtfully designed.

Breakfast was also excellent, with a great choices.

Cons:

There was one evening when we had a small concern with our meal, but the manager handled it exceptionally well. He was very professional, attentive and understanding, and made every effort to resolve things to our satisfaction. We really appreciated how positively they dealt with the situation.

Un bon séjour au calme mais quelques point d’attention pour améliorer l’expérience client.
Pros:

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 2 adolescents, avons apprécié l’emplacement, le calme et la piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était très apprécie. Ainsi que l’upgrade proposé pour l’une de nos chambres.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que les portes coulissantes entre le wc et la douche n’étaient pas pratique et laissaient beaucoup d’eau s’écouler sur le côté lors de la douche. Les serviettes de toilettes à notre disposition étaient rêches (même lorsqu’elles étaient renouvelées) - pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Pros:

Ottima colazione ( la signora Eleni è stata super gentile ad accontentare una mia richiesta che non tutti riescono a soddisfare), il posto è incantevole in riva al mare. Lontano dalla vita della piccola Glossa (necessaria la macchina 15 min di salita) e dalla più movimentata Skopelos (40 min di curve). Relax assicurato, ed ottima la zona piscina con vista super. Tutto lo staff super gentile.

Paying for coffee at breakfast. Some of the staff wear casual clothing, which is unsuitable for a five-star hotel.

Wonderful !
Pros:

Vasilis the hotel manager was wonderful and kind and did the best to make our accommodation as relaxed as possible. Eleni was the queen of the breakfast , kind and with a smile, very friendly ! Anastasia the waitress was amazing as well along with Vicky from Larissa ! (In case she marries Nikos from the reception , we want to be invited)! Eleni at the bar - a beautiful and smily young woman- makes the best coffee in the Aegean !

Hotel je pro nás skutečným klenotem ostrova Skopelos. Od prvního okamžiku jsme se cítili výjimečně vítaní. Hotel je nádherný, moderní, luxusní a zároveň velmi útulný. Všude je cítit smysl pro detail, čistotu a péči o hosty. Výhledy na moře, nádherný rooftop infinity bazén a atmosféra celého hotelu jsou jednoduše Natura Luxury Boutique Hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit každému, kdo hledá krásu, luxus, klid a především opravdovou řeckou Děkujeme celému týmu i majitelům za nádherný pobyt. Určitě se vrátíme! ❤️🇬🇷

It was clean and decent

Cons:

Frist of all we did not get any help with our suitcases. Second, they did not have any suitcase holders and we had to wait 2 hours to get them. Third the toilet Seat was broken and i injured myself on it.

But the worst! they tried to swindle us repeatedly. They gave us the wrong dish at the restaurant and said we wont need to pay for it but when the bill came they still charged us and just pur blanco over the item on the receipt. Also we paid for the dinner with card but they included the bill as a room charge as well and were difficult about it. They Also tried to charge us for minibar use when we didnt use any. Do not recommend this hotel. Worst hotel in the world.

A good hotel, but not meeting it's potential
Pros:

Friendly welcome on arrival with a complimentary refreshment, and staff remained helpful throughout our stay.
The family room was very spacious for our group, and the air conditioning functioned.
Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection and was a real pleasure each morning.
The pool bar environment was pleasant.
The restaurant hostess was charming and worked hard despite limited support.

Cons:

Falls short of five-star standards for the price point, driven primarily by management decisions rather than staff effort.
The property appears understaffed and disorganized in several key areas.
Bathroom layout is cramped with notable issues: mould in the shower, no glass partition leading to water splashing everywhere, and a toilet fitted too low that trickled constantly and splashed on flushing.
Single AC unit struggled to cool both areas of the room evenly, and the fridge was noisy through the night.
Pool bar is underexploited—lacking simple options like frappes or ice, with limited drink selection and no proactive service.
Gym seemed neglected, while the "spa" is essentially just a rooftop room with a bed and a hot tub.
Dinner was slow, produced incorrect orders and overcooked meat, making it poor value for money.
Hotel guests still face a €30 charge for chairs/umbrellas at the affiliated Paraiso beach bar; better value can be found at Kastani or Milia.
