Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

A gorgeous night's sleep.
Pros:

The bed was the most sumptuous that I have ever slept in. Pillows were lush. Breakfast was great.

Great staff, lovely bar and restaurant

Cons:

The staff pressurising to give a good trip advisor review even when they wilfully avoided work to be on their phone - Madaj don’t hassle people when waiting for their other half. Especially not when you did nothing and then tried to watch what I put on the review.

It was ok for one night
Pros:

The room had immediate access to the grounds on level 1. Reception on level 2. So that was good to walk the dogs. The staff were friendly particularly at the bar and restaurant. Very accommodating. Food was ok.

Cons:

There was a smell in the room that wasn’t good at all. Had to keep the windows opened. We were in the dog rooms as I had my two dogs with me so I don’t know if it related to previous guests or not. It was difficult to sleep - pillows were too soft. And the rooms were soundproofed but the doors aren’t. So if you have a noise sensitive dog travelling with you, these rooms are not suitable for

Expensive and disturbed
Pros:

Breakfast was charged when I understood I had a bed & breakfast booking
Rate was very expensive considering no breakfast included

Cons:

Very noisy overnight from function. Persons chatting and laughing in corridors up until 4.30 am.
No policing of corridors despite complaints regarding noise. Had to personally go out to people making noise to ask to be quiet for people sleeping. Complaint ignored!!!!
