Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht
Pros:

Wir hatten viel Platz im Zimmer und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Trotz einer Hochzeitsfeier im Gebäude hat man auf den Zimmern nichts gehört.
Direkt hinter dem Gebäude ist eine Wiese für Hunde, was super ist!
Der Poolbereich ist schön gemacht.

Nothing just a bit pricey when didn’t include dinner and didn’t get to do the dinner £30 option even though we pre booked it

Pros:

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff did everything they could and more to ensure we had the help we needed during our stay.

A couple of issues when we first arrived were very quickly resolved and we were able to enjoy our short time there.

We had breakfast on the 2pfinal morning which was of superb quality, with staff quietly and efficiently clearing, cleaning and providing a fantastic service.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Stayed at Chesford Grange with a group of friends recently and enjoyed the experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful in organising a taxi for us into the local town. The room was a decent size for our family had good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, apart from the pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot had decent pressure.
Included in the room was a fridge with cold bottles of water and tea/coffee facilities available. The main carpark was full on arrival due to a wedding at the hotel. but there is a large overflow carpark with coach spaces attached to the side.

Cons:

The only thing I would say let it down slightly, was that the pillows were too soft and didn't offer support even when laying on two stacked up. The option of firmer pillows in the wardrobe would have been nice.
