Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The room was good, a nice amount of space. Clean.

Cons:

Breakfast, when I went up to self serve, no bacon, nor egg were available. Had to wait a good 10mins for bacon to come. I had walked away by this point, but saw from my table where I ate baked beans and hash brown. Making breakfast not good value.

Pros:

The hotel was fantastic, food was great and totally impressed with the paddock leading from our room for our dogs needs. Great touch.

Cons:

Room could have been hoovered a bit better. Found dog hairs which weren't our dogs.

Lovely hotel with good access to Kenilworth and beautiful Leamington
Pros:

Food and service were excellent (despite the overcooked bacon at breakfast). Staff were all very helpful and attentive and the decor was just so lovely.

A lovely day, lovely friendly staff and the food was wonderful. Definitely would stay again.

The breakfast was lovely brilliant amount of choice staff work, exceptional and friendly.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like I would say the only thing was our room could’ve had a little bit more TLC with some ripped wallpaper a bit of a rusty radiator. And in the bathroom where the toilet was the flush wasn’t explained at all the toilet wouldn’t flush we had to ask reception how to flush the toilet. I do believe this has been addressed a few times where you have to push two buttons together, which is a little difficult when you have a few disabilities. But nothing that couldn’t have been addressed pretty quickly.
