Largigi Rooms centre of Lyme Regis Close to the Beach and Town Centre

The room was a little smaller than we expected and the roof more sloped.

Parking not secure as door was broken bathroom towel rail on full heat not able to turn off so room too hot.

Smallish room, only skylights and so towel rail in bathroom stuck on hot was awful in August, bed very soft-mattress needs replacing.

Our room was compact, just comfortable enough for two people, but be aware if you are tall as there are sloping ceilings due to the nature of the building. The wardrobe space is limited - I had a long dress for a wedding and there were no hooks anywhere to hang it properly. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been nice, and there are a few ‘touch-ups’ needed on the decor (cracks, wall scuffs, grubby grouting/tiles etc). The tea/coffee facilities were very limited. Just Nescafé and PG tips, nothing else. Ok if that’s what you like. The fridge was also humming away… In our opinion this fridge is a bit excessive for the room size. Might sound a little picky, but when you are paying a premium price your expectations are also premium.

The room: caution should be given about slope of roof, I banged my head twice (I am not particularly tall at 6 Foot). There was only a view of the sky, no armchair and an inadequate wardrobe. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit in. The communication via email was fine but the atmosphere was quite clinical and impersonal (no face to face contact at all). I only said hello to the chamber maid in 2 days stay. The overall impression was the rooms place the well being and comfort of motor vehicles over individuals.

The room looked clean but was very dirty under and behind the furniture. I had to move the bedside table to reach to shut the windows.
A chair, or 2, and a table would have been helpful.

This was sold as a hotel but it isn’t hotel, it’s a stack em high Air B n B. There are no staff en site, no communal areas, no bar etc etc. so descriptively it’s very misleading. I thought I was going to be staying in a hotel. Also there was supposed to be TV in the room but it did not work and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will be seeking a reduction in my bill. Also there were no cleaning products in the shower.

7. Parcheggio pagato ma con rischio di non trovarlo perché potenzialmente già occupato da altri “abusivi” in quanto il garage era aperto h24

You couldn’t adjust the temperature of the shower to a cooler one, it was so hot I couldn’t have a shower in room 3 and the towel rail and light around the mirror wouldn’t turn off

Located on a typically small Lyme street.

The TV wasn't tuned in and had poor signal, however we didn't use this much as you don't go to Lyme Regis for TV. It is purely a tiny thing that requires improvement. Otherwise nothing we didn't like.

Parking was supposed to be secure but the door was jammed open so anyone could get in there.
