Pros:

Buena atención al cliente, cuarto muy limpio siempre y excelente ubicación con la estación del metro San Antonio Abad que dirige a muchos lados de la ciudad

Buena habitación, calidad precio
Pros:

La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda.
No se escuchaba ruido de la calle en la noche.

Cons:

El formato del baño no fue mi favorito.
Y tardamos un poquito en ser atendidos en recepción.

Comodidad y seguridad ante TODO.
Pros:

De acuerdo a mi planeacion que habia previsto fue una ubicacion pecfecta a dos cuadras de la estacion del metro y de ahi para donde quieras....a mi juicio perfecta.

Cons:

Que en la avenida del frente estan en obra y los domingos no hay metro...pero lo solucione con Uber....nada de nervios.

Las habitaciones son excelentes, las instalaciones están muy bien y el precio ni se diga, siempre que vuelva a CDMX, me hospedare ahí

Cons:

La recepcionista que no recibió ese día, esta un poco de mal humor, entiendo que habia mucha gente y los huéspedes estaban muy insistentes, solo un poquito más de amabilidad no estaría de más

Worst hotel I've been too. Ripoff
Pros:

Nothing, only a place to sleep

Cons:

Bed was plasticky, hard and pillows were really hard and made up with stuffed things sewn. Location was apparently unsafe and never order breakfast here as it was terrible and not worth the money. Tasteless and just like instant things from the can thrown together, fruits were old and yet still served lmao

Fue útil ya que solo fue una noche .
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia , no era ruidosa a pesar de la obra del exterior, el hotel en general se ve limpio y en buenas condiciones. Buena presión y temperatura de agua en la ducha.

Cons:

En booking mencionan que hay un desayuno incluido y al llegar en recepción te dicen que no lo manejan , si no es así deberían de quitar esa información de booking por que es engañosa, al final me decidí a reservar aquí por eso ya que otros hoteles no me lo ofrecían y al final resulta que ahí tampoco me lo dieron.

No hay planchas de ropa eso también sería útil y nunca contestan los mensajes que les enviamos a través de Booking.

No utilice el servicio de restaurante pero en una próxima visita sin duda lo haré.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue los trabajos de remodelación del metro. Que no tiene que ver con los servicios del hotel
