La ubicación es buena, el personal es amable, y las instalaciones son buenas.

Muito Ruim. Os lençóis todo manchado e queimado por cigarro. Estadia era 3 dias ficamos somente 1 dia porque chegamos na madrugada. E não tinha como procurar outra opção.

Que salí al banco de enfrente (tarde 15 minutos aprox. en volver) y cuando regrese me hicieron esperar en el lobby hora y media para hacer limpieza, eso retraso los planes que tenía para ese día y las recepcionistas súper groseras.

Pros:

- Location, 5 minutes walk to the train station and close enough to the town, Zocalo and Centro
- Very quiet: despite being next to the train station and the main road, still you could barely hear any noise from the street or from the other rooms. 👌
Old but solid building
- Good big size bed and good pillows

Cons:

- None of the staff spoke any English, specially when the payment is handled by the property, it's a bit awkward for someone like us who don't speak Spanish.
- Private toilet??? Yes, the toilet and the shower isn't shared with others, but there's no privacy while in the toilet! It's only separated with a loose glass door from the rest of the room! And obviously no soundproofing for the toilet.
- No kettle, no fridge
- No internet (apparently there is some internet, but basically there isn't, not even dial up speed, and cuts off every second)
- There was a TV in the room, but we couldn't turn it on

Genial, volvería a quedarme en el Gran Hotel Amazonas =)

Las habitaciones son muy iluminadas y las camas muy grandes y cómodas. Las sábanas son suaves y la limpieza en general es muy buena.

Cons:

Las almohadas son demasiado altas para mi.
