The hotel isn't very far at all, from the hub of where we wanted to be (The Lowry Theatre and the shopping centre!)
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable for both my husband and I. We woke up with back ache. But I guess you can't please all the people, all of the time.
We've stayed here a few times, and always enjoy our stay. Breakfast is great, multi-storey carpark (next door) has electric charging, and a 20mins walk to Old Trafford Stadium.

Bed not comfortable, mattress needs replacement.
We had a standard room - the bed was not wide enough; it did not seem to be a regular king size bed.
There was a delay in getting our room serviced.
Staff were all so lovely
Clean, airy, great view of media city and close to the tram stop.
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and they couldn't locate one because the housekeeping staff were away.
Ideal location .
Parking for the hotel was quite complicated as nearby parking had to be scanned rather than ticket. Wouldn’t except our overseas phone number.
Excellent room, lovely and spacious, enjoyed the view and how close to hand everything was to what we wanted to see and do, the staff were friendly and welcoming, with help at hand if needed.
There was nothing I didn't like, everything was to our liking, no negative things at all.
