Comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Mia was very helpful and kind when we had found an issue with the toilet flush not working upon arrival. She changed our room quickly and it was a very smooth experience.

Cons:

TV/the remote was very slow and clunky to use. Maybe would be nice if there was cold drinking water available on floor.

Excellent staff and comfortable room
Pros:

All the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful!! The bathroom was modern and very good shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was a big room. No complaints at all
