La distanza dal porto non ben servita dai mezzi per chi ha difficoltà di movimento. Ci sono solo due taxi che a pranzo e cena non passano...

L atout de l hôtel est juste son emplacement et sa vue du restaurant.

Cons:

Soggiorno deludente all'Hotel Gabbiano. Nonostante la posizione potenzialmente interessante, l'esperienza complessiva è risultata sotto le aspettative: il personale si è dimostrato scortese in più occasioni, con atteggiamenti poco disponibili sia alla reception sia durante i servizi, il che ha reso problematico risolvere anche richieste semplici. La pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni è risultata insufficiente rispetto agli standard dichiarati; abbiamo riscontrato sporco visibile e scarsa attenzione ai dettagli. Infine il rapporto qualità-prezzo è negativo: i prezzi praticati non sono giustificati dalla qualità del servizio offerto né dalle condizioni delle strutture.
Consiglio alla direzione di investire nella formazione del personale, migliorare i protocolli di pulizia e rivedere la politica prezzi per allinearla al livello reale dell'offerta. Per chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e curato, raccomando di considerare alternative sull'isola.

Für den Zimmerpreis passt die Leistung nicht.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage auf dem kleinen Platz.
Terrasse mit sehr schönem Panoramablick vom Ess- und Frühstücksbereich.
Taxi Service vom Hafen.

Cons:

Die Dusche entspricht nicht den Erwartungen in einem Zimmer für etwa 250 Euro pro Nacht.
Ohne Duschwanne wird der Boden im ganzen Badezimmer nass. Und der Duschvorhang war zu kurz.
Sehr einfaches Frühstück ohne frische Früchte und schlechter Kaffee aus dem Automaten.
