The place has everything it takes to be a real top destination, and in many ways, it already is.
The only person who was genuinely warm and friendly, and seemed to put his heart into his work, was mainly the older chef. With some of the other staff, we often had the feeling that they were working because they had to, rather than because they wanted to. It sometimes seemed as though they were doing their jobs against their will.
It’s a real shame, because the place itself is absolutely beautiful and has so much potential. With a more welcoming and enthusiastic attitude from the staff, it could truly be exceptional.
Special mention for the beds: they are truly fantastic. We slept incredibly well
Unfortunately, we found the staff, and especially the female owner, rather unfriendly. I think she may simply have been tired, but she came across as very strict and rather uninterested, as if she was just doing her job without much enthusiasm.

Nulla di realmente negativo però gli orari di check-in ( 14 ) /check out ( 10 ) sono un po' penalizzanti e rigidi rispetto alla media , perlomeno nel check-out che generalmente è attorno alle 11 o anche le 12.
Non comprendo il motivo per cui mettere dei termostati nelle camere , se poi non sono attivabili. Siamo venuti per avere una pausa dalla calura cittadina e con 26° in camera (che non si potevano climatizzare in alcun modo poichè il termostato era bloccato e non modificabile) dover ricorrere alla finestra aperta di notte , non è proprio quello che mi aspetto da un 4 stelle.
La cura di tutta la struttura e della camera (letti molto comodi), la gentilezza dello staff, la cena assolutamente eccezionale, la colazione ricca e di qualità, lo spazio esterno, il giardino, la vista incredibile sulla montagna, la posizione rispetto alla cittadina e la tranquillità del posto.
