The room was reasonably priced and convenient. Served it purpose.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, and shopping center. The suite was quiet, spacious and there was two rooms and two bathrooms.

Cons:

The fact there was large sticky mouse trap at the corner of the living room area. The suite had a stale odor.

My downtown resort experience
Pros:

It was quiet and quaint. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No one was at the reception desk. To greet us at the expected time when arrived. The manager had a frown on her face.

Location was good, bed was comfortable. Easy access to most locations I visited.

Cons:

No windows!! I could hear everything from the next room, even from the elevators. Its old, with old fixtures, no "luxury" at all. No staff after 4 PM. There's a weird patriotic robot in the lobby that scared the crap out of me.

More than expected, great value!
Pros:

Excellent value for the price paid, great location and more than just a "hotel room". It was nice having kitchen, dining, living and separate bedroom/bathroom space. Great value!

Cons:

It's an old building and I get that. When the folks in the room above me moved about, I could hear them and my ceiling/their floor was a bit squeaky.

Sa localisation

Cons:

Pas de lumière du jour, et éclairage très insuffisant.
Équipements défaillants : wc, robinetterie, placards de cuisine sans poignée, pas de pression d’eau à la douche, chaises branlantes
spa : trop chaud, majorité des buses hors service, un gros galet de chlore au fond pour toute purification, très forte chloration de l’eau
Aucun endroit pour stocker les valises.
Et pour couronner le tout, présence de souris et de cafards qui m’étonnent pas le personnel.

One night felt like a retreat.
Pros:

Charm. The Plaza Suites Resort Downtown New Orleans exudes charm. The room was classy and felt like a scene from a James Bond movie. The staff was kind and thoughtful...to the point that I thought about what it might be like to live there.

Cons:

The hot tub amenity is one that drew me to choose the location. Unfortunately it was not fully functional.
There was heat, but no jets.

Charming historical property!
Pros:

I was delighted by the overall charm of the property, as well as the size of the room. I had not been expecting a living area with a couch, mini library, or kitchenette! The staff were also great when I forgot something in my room. The coffee in the morning was much appreciated.

Cons:

I wanted to leave my bags with the hotel after checking out for my final day at my conference, but at 9AM nobody was at the front desk (I was aware before booking that it's not staffed 24/7). I might have mis-remembered the front desk hours, however.
