Was way too expensive at 55 pound. All the drawers in the room were broken and one of the drawers had cigarette butt's in it. Tv was not watchable reception was terrible. Carpet in room was in a terrible state

Rude staff.

Recommendations;
The ceiling light has a few dead flies which is only noticeable when lit.
The television has no aerial terrestrial communication for normal TV watching.
On the whole all very good 😊

There was no Wi-Fi and the entrance Locke to enter the building at night was completely dead. So I was locked out of the hotel and couldn’t get back in. I rang both of the doorbells and nobody answered. Eventually, another guest let me in.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The outside of the building is surrounded by litter, and the windows are visibly dirty. Unfortunately, things only got worse once inside. My room was upstairs, the narrow, winding staircase feels unsafe, and I’m genuinely surprised the place isn’t listed as a fire hazard. I was grateful for the help carrying my case upstairs because navigating it alone would have been difficult. The hallway also had a strong smell of body odour, which didn’t help the first impression.
WiFi is only accessible downstairs, which is inconvenient.
The room itself was extremely dated and looked nothing like the photos advertised. The pillows were filthy, the carpet was dirty and stained, and the furniture was both old and broken. The window was a real challenge to shut there was loose wiring. Overall, the place feels like it needs condemning.
I checked in at 6:30pm and was gone by 7:15am — it was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. To be fair, the bed was comfortable, but that’s about the only positive I can mention as I was unable to sleep as I had no pillows. Looking up wasn’t an option as I was faced with a grumbly looking hatch in the ceiling.

Whilst paying £55.00 as a single traveller. I would have expected something more decent. I could deal with the dated but the filthy pillow and broken furniture glitchy television that you can’t watch anything on which was the size of a packet of rice crispies.

When requesting the WiFi code for my laptop staff behaved like it was top secret offering to connect my phone rather than provide the password. Thankfully I was there for one night only.

Feedback was given before leaving in order to be fair.

Its was not comfortable or clean . Room was not good

The room road traffic noise was constant and loud. The rooms were not well sound insulated and could hear people talking. Mattress was not supportive enough. No channels on the TV. Only streaming services. No wifi in the room.
