Jakość hotelu , pokoju, infrastruktury i obsługi na 5-gwiazdkowym poziomie.
Pros:

Super czystość , duża ilość personelu, podłogi lśnią, pokoje pachną, w restauracji talerze wymieniane na bieżąco, nic nie poleży dłużej niż minutę.

Cons:

Jakość kawy w ekspresach samoobsługowych mogłaby być lepsza. Kawosze powinni zamawiać kawę z profesjonalnego ekspresu na każdym barze. Mogłyby być ze dwie zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci 2-4 lata. W restauracji warto wydzielić ogrodzoną strefę dla małych dzieci z zabawkami a dookoła stoliki dla rodziców.

מלון מהמם
הצוות כל כך שירותי ונעים
החדרים מפנקים ומרווחים ונקיים מאוד!!
פשוט חשבו על כל פרט קטן, מלון ממש מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים.
האוכל היה נהדר, תמיד היה מה לאכול, יש גיוון.
לא היינו צריכים לצאת מהמלון, כל המתקנים והפעילויות שירתו אותנו מצוין ולא היה נדרש לעשות משהו נוסף.
אהבנו כל כך!

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שנראה שכדאי לשפר זה את משחקי הג'ימבורי והצעצועים לגיל הרך במשחקיה, בגדול המקום כן ענה על הציפיות אבל לפעוטות קטנים היה נחמד אם יוסיפו עוד כמה משחקים בשבילם
גני השעשועים ללא צליה ובשעות הצהריים הם מאוד מתחממים מהשמש- כדאי לשים צלייה

Pros:

Враження від готелю залишились тільки позитивні! Окремо хочу підкреслити персонал і відношення до відпочиваючих. Всі привітні, усміхненні та приємні! Їжа смачна і різноманітна, в готелі ідеальна чистота, басейни теплі та чисті!

Overall, a great hotel that we are happy to come back to.
Pros:

This was our third year in a row visiting the hotel, and once again we had a great stay.

The hotel is top-notch — beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything is extremely well maintained. The food is also of very high quality, with plenty of variety.

Our daughter really enjoyed the kids’ animation, especially Niki, who was absolutely lovely with the children.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the service at the bars and in the restaurant. Compared to our previous visits, it felt a bit less attentive and efficient this year, although there were still several people who were clearly doing their best and provided great service.
