Служителите само много учтиви, любезни и внимателни. Всичко в хотела е изключително чисто, подредено. Всичко свети. Пак бихме посетили със сигурност.

Cons:

Не ни хареса, че външните басейни бяха малко хладки, но и вътрешния беше хладен въпреки, че беше отопляем. Също храната в основния ресторант има дни в които е трудно човек да си намери какво да яде, защото менюто е правено предимно за туристи от други държави.

Excellent facilities with attention to detail everywhere. Great variety of food and drinks, with a special shout-out to the on-site chocolate workshop and the gourmet a-la-carte restaurant. The area is very clean and spacious, and the staff is always available and eager to help.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Any minor flaws were truly insignificant and didn't take away from a wonderful stay
