Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Fahrstuhl, der einen zuverlässig in die richtige Etage bringt. Ein großes Plus war auch das kostenlose Frühstück, das angeboten wurde. Die Zimmer an sich waren sauber und die Betten bequem.
Das Badezimmer war leider sehr alt und verschimmelt. Zudem gab es keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten für Badutensilien – selbst am Waschbecken konnte man nichts abstellen. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist die Schule direkt nebenan: Morgens ist es extrem laut und man wird früh geweckt, weil die Lehrer beim Appell lautstark durch das Mikrofon schreien. Das war wirklich sehr störend.

Primero que no recibí respuesta de petición de check-in temprano, ya que llegaba super temprano, a las 5 °° y alfinal tuve que esperar hasta las 10:30, muerta sueño y con ganas d epegarme una ducha después de caminar 30 minutos desde la estación de autobuses.
La ropa de cama con manchas, toallas estaban sucias y desgastadas.
La cama si quieres torturar ha alguien esas son las correctas, duras a no mas poder. Entiendo que la mayoría de sus clientes son nacionales y suelen dormir en esa clase camas, pero si espera tener huéspedes del todo el mundo, deberían también pensar en ellos.
Aire acondicionado funcionaba, pero hacía bastante ruido
Si esperas mucha comodidad, que yo no lo esperaba, (pero si esperaba que estuviera limpia más que sea)en el sentido de inmobiliario super nuevo, baño reformado, etc...., este no es tu sitio

พนักงานต้อนรับที่ไม่รู้จักคำว่าต้อนรับ ไม่ทำให้แขกรู้สึกได้ว่าถูกต้อนรับ เข้าไปแล้วอยากออกทันที ควรจะศึกษาคำว่าบริการและต้อนรับให้เข้าใจก่อนที่จะมาทำงานนี้ ผมเป็นแขกที่เสียเงินเข้าไปแต่กลับมีความรู้สึกว่าต้องไปขออาศัยอยู่ ช่วงเวลาที่พักอยู่ไม่มีคำว่าสวัสดีเลยสักครั้งหนึ่ง อาบน้ำระวังไฟดูด เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นแนะนำให้แขวนสูงกว่านี้
