The staff are kind and helpful, but there are some areas that could be improved for a better guest experience.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is good and the reception staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They helped arrange boat rides and tours at reasonable prices, which was convenient.

Cons:

The room soundproofing was not great, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms at night.

One thing that felt unusual was that when I turned on the TV, it showed a CCTV view of the pier. I’m not sure why this was available, but personally it made me uncomfortable and did not feel appropriate.

The breakfast experience also needs improvement. On the first day, breakfast was arranged near the pool, but the table was very wet and there were no chairs set up. When we asked for the table to be cleaned, the cleaning caused dirt/water to fall onto the food placed below the table. We also had to find chairs ourselves because only the food was placed there and left.

Spacious room with little balcony and monkey visit
Pros:

We had a spacious room with a little balcony and a nice view on the "jungle". During the afternoon, some monkeys visited our balcony, very fun experience. The hotel is close to the beach and pier (less than 10 minutes walk). The room was clean, staff was polite. Pool was also fine!

Cons:

Breakfast was served in a big high school like cafetaria without air conditioning.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a acomodação.
Pros:

Piscina incrível e boas comodidades como restaurante ao lado e uma lojinha de conveniência na entrada da acomodação, muito prático.

Cons:

Escadas do resort tem degraus irregulares é muito altos, isso pode gerar riscos para algumas pessoas.
