Its location, a large room and large car park with electric charging points
The noise from the public bar area below our bedroom which continued until about 12.30 am

Oldy worldy, full of charm and character. Lovely bathroom. Good breakfast and staff very attentive.
Pillows could be better, very firm. Might suit some people, but a bit softer would have been better for me.
Our room was in the newer annex and was modern, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast. It was in a great location right in the centre of town.

We were greeted swiftly at the front desk, the receptionist gave us an early check in and even stood outside guarding our bicycles while we put our panniers in the room. The barman was helpful and took the time to compare the larger on offer. The evening meal was really tasty, huge thanks to the chef and the team. Its a busy hotel with a great atmosphere. If its a Saturday and the weather is good you can see gliders circling over the town.

Staff, location & price were all very good. I liked the bed linen.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but I accept that others may have a different opinion. There was a bit of a funny smell in the bedroom which I could not identify but the place was clean.
The location, the staff, the rooms, the pub/restaurant and car park were all outstanding! From the reception we received on arrival to the day that we left all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The central location was ideal for exploring the delights of Pocklington.
