Easy to access. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Mould in bathroom. Evidence of leaks in ceiling. Shower water overflowed into bathroom. Dirty linen stored in hallways. Overall place needed a freshen up and fixing.

Pros:

Friendly staffs, convenient location to mrt and buses. Rooms and toilet/shower were clean. Cleaning staff is also helpful and friendly. Front desk was especially patient, as my grp of 6 arrived at different times. I was delayed due to traffic. Overall, very satisfied

When you go out the lift all the cart is there. Can make some discreet parking for this these stuff. So that it will be more decent looking.

All is nice but staff needs to be more comfortable

Breakfast tasted good with limited varities.
The woman cleaning the room complimented us by water bottles whenever needed.

Cons:

-Room was comfortable but sometimes we saw some bugs on the ground
- In our first night there were some plumbing works that made some noise.
- AC works whenever we are outside the room , however it stops whenever we sleep.
- Breakfast was very limited with 3 main options or more.
- All facilties in the hotel were good but the chinese people working were so tough , they do not smile or even say " Good morning" however the woman who is cleaning the room was very nice.
- Our last moments in the hotel before leaving , the reception guy refused to change for us our water bottles with other cooler ones , he made some chinese facial exprecions that meant for us that he does not care of our hospitality after leaving, however the other receptionists were very helpful and caring.
