Big rooms, clean, comfortable bed

Cons:

For what we paid you would think it would have a refrigerator, very few channels and english news is cnn America, I would doubt there wld be very few Americans staying there, maybe better to connect to the Singapore news channel, its free and covers the region, after a long drive you sit down for a relaxing beer, sorry not available, so really its for domestic people who are mainly Muslims ..

Convenient location, comfortable bed. The staff offered a packed breakfast to take along on the Mt Bromo tour.

Cons:

The air conditioning was bad. The hallways on the floor floor of our room were not air conditioned at all, and it was unpleasant to walk through those extremely hot, stuffy spaces. Our room was a furnace when we arrived, and it took several hours for the AC to cool it down to a relatively comfortable temperature. We had the breakfast the morning after our second night, and the food was generally uninspiring.

The location is super strategic—right in the heart of Probolinggo city and only about an hour drive to Mount Bromo. This makes it the perfect starting point for travelers coming from Surabaya or Bali who want a smooth and comfortable journey to Bromo.

Cons:

Nous étions dans la chambre 510 et celle-ci était marquée par un dégât des eaux avec de multiples traces de moisissure au plafond. La climatisation était défectueuse, nous n'arrivions pas à faire baisser la température malgré la consigne à 18°C.
Ce commentaire ne correspond qu'à cette chambre car nous étions dans la chambre 610 la nuit précédente et celle-ci était en parfait état.
