Be careful with SatNav directions. It is actually on the Northbound services. NOT an Upton farm!
Pros:

The Bed.

Cons:

SatNav directions! I drove an extra 15 miles and wasted 30+ minutes because of wrong address on SatNav! I’m fuming! not happy.

Pros:

Room was big enough, dogs were welcome, there was plenty of green to walk the dogs around the hotel

Cons:

There was no airconditioning so it was warm. And it was too expensive to bring the dogs in woth us.

Wheelie bed! 😁
Pros:

The location was excellent for our visits to the Upton festival weekend .. the room was clean, staff are lovely, lots of facilities as next door is the service area off the M5 .. the whole complex is very well thought out, no noise from the motorway either .. more pleasant than I expected!

Cons:

When we sat up on the bed and leaned against the wall, it moved away from the wall .. ha! .. quite funny .. the wheels need locks on them .. 😊

Pros:

Mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Läget. Stod i beskrivningen att det låg 4.2 km från Upton. Fågelvägen ja. Var emellertid svårt och dyrt att ta sig därifrån till Upton. Hotellet låg liksom mitt i ingenstans.

Very disappointing, by far the worst stay in this type of accommodation that I have experienced.
Pros:

Very helpful staff at the reception, Thank you. The room was very hot, the fan provided did a great job keeping me cool.

Cons:

My allocated room very tired, stains on furnishings, mattress protector & bottom sheet not properly fitted, the bathroom floor near bath sagging possibly rotten floor boards beneath, Shower with poor heating control, far too much pressure a total waste of water and the wall mounted tissue box kept falling off.

I didn't need to stay on the third night, I tried to contact them direct to let them know, it was an unsuccessful nightmare.
