Very friendly hotel
Pros:

staff was really nice and caring. :) great location and convenient. decent hotel. parking was good as well. its a lovely place overall for families and a quick stay.

Cons:

the hotel needs renovation and hence there are small issues like the tap got stuck - must say got fixed immidietly! and the tower rail was hot in the middle of the heatwave..

Convenient and basic.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Friendly welcome. Modern entrance area.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Accommodation In need of modernisation. Our room had steps outside which were very loud when people going in and out. Limited parking.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and patient with our unruly (and poorly) baby and 5yo. The rooms had lovely views to sea. The hotel is just five mins from a beautiful sandy beach and a mile or so from the pier. The staff went out of their way to help: for instance, they removed the bed base from one of our rooms so that we could put the mattress on the floor in case the baby rollled off in the night. The swimming pool is really nice and the little gym is a great bonus. Breakfast was excellent and I thought it was good value given the range and quality. I liked the games room (pool, table tennis, and table football). And there were loads of extra things provided for kids: a colouring station, a scavenger hunt, etc. Brilliant.

Cons:

I'm struggling to think of anything. I don't think I've ever reviewed a hotel with perfect scores before, but the Riviera was pretty perfect for us.

Lovely Stay
Pros:

The rooms + bathrooms were clean + comfortable, perfect location for the beach! Overall we had a lovely time!

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave, we appreciate fans had been provided however in the heat they made very little impact, so would have liked to have access to air conditioning, we also asked the front desk for a spare towel, which seemed to upset that particular member of staff.

Comfortable, great location, staff nice, very clean.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and staff.

Cons:

A touch dated how ever in keeping with English seaside hotels. Breakfast could have had more variety, fresh fruit etc.

Heerlijke locatie
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, vlakbij strand, mooi en wandeling door het park, groen.

Cons:

Zeer gehorig. Deuren die hard dichtvallen, praten op het balkon, spelende kinderen bij de buren en verbouwing van een pand. Dus niet zeer relaxed.

Excellent staff and a clean hotel but very dated with no air conditioning and a small roo

Property was very clean and the staff were great

Cons:

The bar/restaurant food was poor, a very limited menu and not well cooked. We ate twice and that was enough! Very steep walk to the beach and limited parking

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Aufgrund der nahen Lage zur Fähre in Poole und einer späten Ankunft haben wir das Hotel gewählt. Die Zimmer sind nicht mega modern und alles ist etwas laut. Wir waren mit der einen Nacht aber rundum zufrieden.
