It was a convenient location, inexpensive.and fairly clean.

Cons:

The room is very small without windows or air-conditioning. It was clean, but it was spartan, and it felt like a dungeon. The bed was old and lumpy. It was quiet and dark, good for sleeping. The breakfast was spartan as well. 4 slices of cantaloupe, coffee, scrambled eggs with an arape. The eggs were so salty it was inedible. They do not allow early check-in, which is at 3PM. It was my fault for not checking the check-out time, which is at 11:00 am. I was 40 minutes late, and they charged me an extra 20,000 COP. Additionally, they charge an extra 7% if you use a credit card, which is ridiculous. During my stay in Bucaramanga, I stayed at 3 different hotels, one 5 star hotel, and two 3 star budget hotels. For the value, this hotel would not be my selection, even if you are on a budget. There are better options. I was greatly disappointed by the ratings it has received on Booking.com.

Excelentes instalaciones
Pros:

El hotel queda en una zona muy comercial llena de restaurantes por lo que es perfecto para pasar el rato, además sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, nuevas y cómodas

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen vista al exterior ni ventilación por lo que da un poco de sofoco

Pros:

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel lors d'un passage rapide à Bucaramanga. J'ai pu apprécier l'amabilité et l'accueil chaleureux de la gérante. Chambre confortable, fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Eau bien chaude. Terrasse agréable. Propreté impeccable et très bon petit déjeuner. Le quartier est animé mais l'hôtel est très calme, à l'écart du bruit. Une bonne adresse. Je recommande vivement.
