Location.
The room was facing a fence. The in room facilities were poor. No breakfast included despite it being £170 for the night, it wasn’t good value for money.
Clean and tidy hotel, comfy beds, staff were very friendly and location was lovely.
There wasn’t too much to complain about, however if the doors were able to shut from the outside without slamming them, it would be very helpful and avoid early morning wake ups from neighbours 😳
Localisation superbe, personnel charmant
Pas de pomme de douche, douche fixe au plafond.
Location, right next to the harbour and beach. Handy for bus stop and walks.
Room was very comfortable, excellent breakfast offering, food very good, location excellent.
If travelling with your own or hired car parking can be difficult
Should be noted there is no lift
Ambience, hard working staff, excellent breakfast.
Very quaint.
The heat in the room.
No Aircon and no air flow as the room was on the side of the building..
No mini fridge which would have helped as, the water provided was always warm
I would stay again but, not in a heatwave!
All of the above.
Everything was great.
The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly
Nothing
Fantastic view with two aspects in room Herm. Beautifully decorated room. The breakfast choices were very good. The building is beautiful and the location excellent.
The WiFi in our room was poor, kept dropping off. The one window facing the bed should have a black out blind.
One morning four of the breakfast choices were not available.
Great location, spotlessly clean. Rooms well fitted out and presented. The staff were great as was the included breakfast
Nothing not to like
Location
It lacked a lift
It was in a good location
Some staff clearly needed more training!
I thought the breakfast could have been a bit better, particularly the bacon!
Lovely location. Great character, friendly staff. Lack of air con was a problem - room very warm and stuffy and made sleeping difficult. Bedroom could not be locked from inside - this was reported to reception and response was that Jersey is a safe island, which is not very satisfactory. Nothing was done during our stay to rectify the situation. Breakfast room was very hot and made having breakfast uncomfortable.
Air conditioning throughout hotel
Unbeatable location right by the harbour and amidst all that St Aubin has to offer. Faultless, friendly service from start to finish
Nothing- hard to remember anywhere we’ve enjoyed more.
The beautiful harbour views from our window.
Very helpful and friendly staff especially Lucy the General Manager.
So many different areas to sit and enjoy the views .
Food was delicious .
All good
This was my third stay. Love the location in St Aubin. Close to restaurants and the bus to explore the island. The staff are lovely. I arrived early and was able to leave my bag until check in time. The same on my last day. I checked out ad left my bag until I was ready to head to the airport
The room was very hot, even with the window open and a fan. They give you these biscuits in the room. I tried one and was like eating talcum powder. They need a mirror by the desk so you can sit down and do our hair and makeup. My previous stays were better. I was on second floor.
Chambre sympathique / petits cadeaux d'accueil/
Pommeau de douche/ vue/
Location all about the location
Rooms a bit warm. Could have used better air flow not necessarily air conditioning
