La tranquilidad y el personal muy atento

Cons:

El ruido por las mañanas del personal de limpieza, aunque intentaban no hacer ruido se les escuchaba.
Tendrían q tener más avisos para las toallas de las hamacas, a las 8 de la mañana ya estaban la mitad colocadas y hasta las 12 no las utilizaban. Increíble.

The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Don’t get me started. They don t have AC on hallways, sauna!!! You go out on your balcony and slam your eyes directly into the people next door. 0 service at the pool, nonsense procedures, asylum vibes.

Mir hat gefallen, dass es direkt im Hotel einen Fahrradverleih gab und abends Live-Musik angeboten wurde. Die Betten waren gut und die Zimmer schön

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass man beim Frühstücksbuffet trotz All-inclusive kein Mineralwasser bestellen oder bekommen konnte. Am Pool gab es zudem zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Schade fand ich auch, dass man an der Poolbar überhaupt nichts zu essen bestellen konnte – dafür musste man in die Lobbybar, die drinnen war und nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl hatte.

Personal muy amable, comida buena, buenas instalaciones

Cons:

En plena ola de calor, las zonas comunes y pasillos, sin aire acondicionado, hacia mucho calor...
Y teníamos todo incluido y sin pasar 24h de ello ya nos retiraron la pulsera sin avisarnos. Nos invitaron a comer, pero nos podrían haber avisado que a x hora nos terminaba.

Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Every meal was freshly prepared in front of us as every dinner was with different themes. Good drinks in the bar and nice entertainment in the evening. Big thanks to all of the staff standing behind this hotel. The views from the hotel were way more impressive than in the photos.

Installations piscine spa, petit déjeuner varié

Cons:

Pas de parking a moins de 400m
Même pas de bouilloire dans la chambre
Eau payante, vue mer seulement partielle et en plus avec supplément indécent
Restaurant petit déjeuner et dîner buffet avec beaucoup de plats industriels sans saveurs
Éloigné du centre ville et de la plage. Seulement des rochers et des algues devant l'hôtel
