Un Concediu reușit.
Pros:

Servicii foarte bune,Sauna excelentă,jacuzzi super,hidro masaj.Apa foarte curata in piscine, iar in piscina interioara apa foarte caldă.Mancare exceptio ala,personalul foarte amabil.Bar deschis de dimineață până la ora 23 00.Totul inclus in preț.

Cons:

*camerele nu sunt renovate, hotelul este de 3 stele. Dusul băii arata jalnic, iti este cam silă sa te speli în el. Se strânge apa, nu are panta și miroase urat.
*balconul avea elemente nevopsite și ruginite
*insuficiente șezlonguri la plaja și piscină
*politica hotelului de a permite rezervarea sezlongurilor pe plaja și piscină este greșită. stăteau prosoapele pe șezlong câte 3 - 4 ore, timp în care te ai fi putut folosi de acele șezlonguri.
*faptul ca nu puteai sa bei o bere pe plaja, aveau doar băuturi non alcoolice.

Pros:

Food varieties which including theme dinners, cleaning every day the room, animators try to include everyone to participate to different activities. Also is near to the beach and have dedicate beach for the hotel

Cons:

There were not enough space/chairs/tables on the terrace so could not join the night activities. There were plenty of alcohol types to choose but less for the people who are not drinking. Ice-cream was not great as well.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay.

Cons:

Our overall experience was disappointing. We paid €60 to the hotel for parking, but we were never informed that we were not allowed to park in the public Blue Zone. We had stayed at this hotel last year as well, and the staff later told us they assumed we already knew this rule. However, no one explained it to us either last year or during this stay. We simply did not know that parking there was not permitted for hotel guests.

As a result, our car was wheel-clamped, and we had to pay an additional €30 in cash to have it released. The hotel staff asked us to pay the fee first and told us that we would sort it out with them afterward. Unfortunately, after we paid, no one followed up, offered any compensation, or even apologized for the misunderstanding.

The food was another disappointment. Many dishes were very oily, and there were very few suitable options for our 1.5-year-old child.

As spune ce trebuie imbunatatit: palaria de la dus care este foarte mica si nu am avut parte de prosoapele de plaja din diverse motive (ba nu erau disponibile, ba nu gaseai pe nimeni la receptia de la SPA). De asemenea personalul auxiliar ( femei de serviciu, debarasatori, de la barul de pe plaja...) ar trebui sa cunoasca un minim de engleza)
