Το προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα ο manager στο εστιατόριο χωρις λόγο ηταν αγενεστατοι! Δεν εχω ξαναδει σε ξενοδοχείο τοσο κακο προσωπικο! Στο δωμάτιο ειχαμε κατσαριδες. Η ταχύτητα του ίντερνετ ηταν τραγική. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ηταν απαράδεκτη διπλα σε καταστήματα χονδρικής πώλησης με απίστευτη βρωμια κ μυρωδιά. Ο χώρος της reception είναι απο τα πιο άσχημα που εχω συναντήσει. Μάλλον λογω της περιοχής υπήρχαν υπερβολικά κουνούπια. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι βρώμικο και πετυχαμε σετ σεντόνια με λεκεδες. Πολυ άσχημη εμπειρία. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να το επιλεξω για δεύτερη φορά.

Nu mai este ce a fost.

Foarte multă gălăgie . Camerele gălăgioase vecini gălăgioși care stau până la 1 noaptea sub balconul nostru și nimeni nu le spune nimic până nu cobori la recepție. Plin de țânțari, mâncarea așa și așa ne diversificata.Camera cu miros de canalizare. Cafeaua dezastru. Autobuzul până la Sunny Beach putea sa fie până la 19 măcar dus. Ești forțat să te duci și să te întorci cu taxiul. Este a doua vacanta aici ( prima in 2023 a fost de o săptămână și a fost foarte ok ) se vede că a scăzut calitate la tot. Poate am fost noi mai ghinioniști.

Eğlenceli ve güzel bir tatildi
Pros:

Tesisin Aquapark ı ve yemekleri çok güzeldi . Odası hergün temizlendi havlularımız değişti havluları bembeyazdı. Futbol sahası olması akşamları da aktiviteli geçmesini sağladı. Barları ve çalışanları da gayet iyiydi. Sahile ücretsiz servisiyle denize girme deneyimimiz de oldu.

Cons:

Akşamları da sahile servis olsa gece eğlencelerini görmek için iyi olabilirdi.

הפארק מים מדהים, בימי שלישי ושבת יש מסיבת קצף בבריכת גלים.
החדרים והמלון נקיים מאוד
צוות נחמד
מחוץ למלון יש סופר קטן
לא לקנות כלום בחנות שבתוך המלון ליד החדר אוכל היא מוכרת הכל במחירים מופקעים.

האוכל מזעזע מתחת לכל ביקורת
בדיעבד הייתי לוקחת רק ארוחת בוקר ולא יותר.

Aqua Nevis Hotel’de 11 Temmuz tarihinde 2 yetişkin ve 11 yaşındaki çocuğumuzla 1 gece konakladık. Genel olarak deneyimimiz oldukça memnun ediciydi.
Oda temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. Oda büyüklüğü yeterli ve konforluydu. Klima, yatak ve banyo konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Konfor açısından beklentimizi karşıladı.
Yemekler özellikle akşam yemeğinde oldukça başarılıydı. Et, tavuk ve balık seçenekleri hem çeşitli hem de lezzetliydi. İçecekler de bizim için yeterliydi.
Aquapark otelin en güçlü tarafı diyebilirim. Oldukça büyük ve çeşitli kaydıraklar mevcut. Hem yetişkinler hem de çocuklar için uygun alanlar var. Temizlik ve güvenlik açısından da başarılıydı. Her kaydırakta ve havuzda görevli bulunması içimizi rahatlattı.
Çocuklu aileler için oldukça uygun bir otel. Gün içinde aquaparkta dans etkinlikleri yapılıyor, akşamları ise animasyon programları var. Çocuklar sıkılmadan keyifli vakit geçirebilir.
Personel genel olarak ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Check-in için sabah erken saatlerde gitmemize rağmen odaya giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğu belirtildi, ancak bu süre zarfında aquaparkı kullanmamıza izin verildi ve öğle yemeğinden de faydalandık. Bu güzel bir jestti.
Otopark ücretliydi (9€), bu da bilinmesi gereken bir detay.
En beğendiğimiz yönler aquapark ve yemekler oldu.
Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Özellikle çocuklu ailelere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Tek olumsuz nokta ise odada oldukça fazla sivrisinek olmasıydı. Bu durum biraz rahatsız ediciydi.
