Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and are truly happy with our experience.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome package and the family-friendly room layout.

The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful. The entertainment team did an amazing job, and our children absolutely loved the activities, mini disco, football, and water park.

One thing that made us feel especially comfortable was the excellent safety standards. There were lifeguards present at all pools and water slides, which gave us great peace of mind as parents.

The food, desserts, and fresh fruits were enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly.

This was one of the best family holidays we have had, and we made many beautiful memories together. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would be very happy to come back again.

אוכל לא טוב , אין זרם במיקלחת , הצוות עושים טעויות הביאו לי חדר שכבר גרים בו ושכחו לתת לנו צמיד לפטרק מים ואוכל מגעיל מיטה קפיצים גרוע

מתקנים . החדרים היו מעולים . הייתי מלא מלונות כמו המלון הזה מבחינת ניקיון ונדיבות של העובדים והיחס זו פעם ראשונה שאני חווה את זה . פשוט מהממים .

Cons:

יש בשר עם חזיר שמוגש . עדיין אצלהם זה סבבה . אצלנו קצת. שומרים . קצת בעייה לראות בשר חזיר .
זה לגיטימי כי אני ידעתי מראש שאני הולך לראות בשר של חזיר .

Hotelul forte ok și curat . Mâncare foarte bună . Personal foarte ok

Cons:

Ca și recomandare, parte de hotel deasupra piscinei ar trebui să aibe două chei , deoarece este foarte cald iar seara nu se poate dormi bine din cauza zgomotului de afară . De aceia ar trebui să fie două chei pentru a se răci camera înainte de somn.
Eu nu m-am odihnit cum trebuie din cauza căldurii din cameră , ușa a trebuit să o ținem deschisă și se auzea forte mult zgomot de afară
