Далече е от плажа, но има шатъл, който ще ви закара.

The hotel is very nice clean and welcoming. The dining is ok the food is ok the breakfast is good the the launch and dinner is nice but without Verity and the meet is not that good very dray .the elevator are very small and slow for this kind of big hotel.

We liked the hotel and the aquapark a lot. Compared to other all-inclusive hotels with free aquapark access in Bulgaria, I think this one offers the best price/quality ratio if you have kids under 12 years. The aquapark has a lot of slides, sun loungers and no queues (our stay was in September, not the peak season). Our family room was clean and spacious, the same applies to the bathroom, there were no issues with clogged drains or broken items. The all-inclusive restaurant and bars are well managed - they offer a variety of food, fruit and drinks. The juices are not from real fruit of course, but this can be expected in this price range. However the fruit in the restaurant were always fresh and well selected - there were no bad or rotting ones. Tables and the floor were cleaned regularly and the food items were replenished almost until the end of the working time of the restaurant, unlike other places where if you do not show up at the opening hour of the restaurant, the more desired items run out and are never replenished. Most of the guests were from the UK and they were just fine - compared to what I have seen by the guests at Albena resort (the 4 star hotels with aquapark access), the majority of them do not grab excessive amounts of food, do not behave like pigs in the restaurant, the bars or the aquapark and are generally very polite.
The only disappointment for me was the beach at Sunny beach, but it is not the hotel's fault as it is not in their control. I went there only once. They have turned this otherwise fine place into a terrible commercial hell-hole. Endless rows of paid sun loungers and umbrellas that span all the way up to the water (really, no joke), few free zones that are half taken by water sports facilities. The buoys are set at knee-level depth - it is absolutely impossible to swim because the lifeguards do not let you go deeper. The water didn't seem clean as well, I felt sticky after going in. So although I like the beach and the sea a lot, it was better to stay at the aquapark pools.
The staff at the resort were so helpful, friendly, and pleasant. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard to create fun and enjoyment for all the guests- throughput the day & night
The food was first-class, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The room and the entire resort were kept beautifully clean and fresh throughout our stay.
As for the waterpark- it was brilliant, huge variety of slides, swimming pools and stimulation in a clean and extremely welled manned resort between life guards and cleaners...kept the kids entertained for hours...loads of sun Loungers, food and drinks all within close proximity.. would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a waterpark holiday experience, catering for all age groups, in the sun...

check in yapmadan önce yada check out sonrası aqua parkı kullanmanıza izin verilmesi çok güzel. oteldeki herkes çok güler yüzlü, restoranda yemek çeşitleri yeterli ve ürünler lezzetli. çocuklar için muhteşem bir tesis memnun kalmadığım hiçbirşey olmadı.
Giriş öncesi ve çıkış sonrası aquapark kullanımıyla ilgili kafamdaki soru işaretlerini netleştirmek için Booking ve e-posta üzerinden tesise ulaşmaya çalıştım ancak hiçbirine yanıt alamadım. Yorumlarda okuduklarımın teyidini almak istemiştim. Neyse ki otele vardığımızda herhangi bir sorun yaşanmadı ve tüm taleplerimiz eksiksiz karşılandı. Önceden iletişim kurmak zor olsa da konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.
