L’hôtel est esthétiquement beau et bien situé.
La chambre que nous avons eu était très petite, totalement sombre donc très humide. Il y a seulement trois transats au bord de la piscine. Donc on avait rapidement l’impression de manquer de place partout. Au moment de réserver sur Booking nous avons vu les photos des deux piscines mais pour la seconde il s’agit de la piscine de l’hôtel de la game supérieur Heritage qui n’est pas accessible aux clients de 99 The Gallery Hotel mais qui forme en fait un seul complexe hôtelier d’un côté l’économique et de l’autre le plus haut de gamme.

The location was very good, in the middle of the old town, temples, cafes, restaurants and massage just steps from the hotel entrance. The room was amazing, very cozy and comfortable.
The wifi was the problem, very slow, sometimes it lagged so i had to disconnect and connect again, all the time entering username and password in a kind of hotspot, very annoying, specially when i wanted to watch some youtube or netflix on my own language. Also, the room didn't have a comfortable desk or spot to be with my laptop at least for short. Finally, the shower wasn't have any pressure.

Staff were so nice. Helped us plan a whole scooter trip to visit famous landmarks. The location is perfect and the facilities are quite nice. Would definitely book again.
The bed was very loud and squeaky but still comfortable.

كتب ل booking شكوى ولم يصلني جواب اطالب استرجاع المبلغ بسبب هذه المشكلة...

La ubicacion. La bañera en el exterior es un gusto. Los detalles, como albornoces y zapatillas de estar por casa. Un muy buen alojamiento que recomendaria.
La desconfianza de los empleados o el hotel. Al hacer el check out, te hacen esperar de 10 a 15 minutos para revisar la habitación y dejarte ir.
Puedo comprenderlo quizás, pero no lo comparto. Te sientes juzgado, y da mala impresión.

Chambre sans fenêtre extrêmement sombre, murs sales, matelas dur ou l’on sent les ressorts
chambrés non isolée, on entend TOUT, que ce soit dans le couloir ou les voisins mais vraiment tout.

My room and bathroom were clean and comfy. The location was fabulous, right in old town with amazing temples, eateries, and shopping within easy walking distance, many just around the corner. The hotel did not provide free breakfast however the restaurant downstairs had wonderful coffee!

Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, la posizione comoda. La hall della struttura è molto curata, l'area piscina è piccola ma ben tenuta. L'accoglienza è stata molto cortese.
La stanza non era all'altezza del resto dell'hotel per cura. Un solo asciugamano per tutto il corpo, la finestra da sul corridoio e quindi per privacy era difficile da tenere aperta. Avevamo prenotato un letto matrimoniale ma ci sono stati dati due letti singoli - il personale è stato comunque cortese a metterli insieme.
