Hotel novo, café da manhã muito bem feito e boa receptividade.
Pros:

Café da manhã foi o ponto alto. Em geral, a recepção foi muito boa, mesmo chegando tarde, e o quarto foi legal.

Cons:

A vantagem da localização é a vista para a cidade, porém para chegar tem um trecho de 10min de carro em ruas sinuosas. Outro ponto é o banheiro semi aberto. Isso faz o banheiro ficar molhado.

Help needed.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely just a very long way up. The lady receptionist went above and beyond her duties to help us as there was no food being cooked and we hadn't eaten.

Cons:

The bar closed early as no other people were there to use it once again the receptionist came to the rescue.
, do think management could put a couple more people on duty to help out and make visitors feel important.

Pros:

It is an excellent hotel. The room was just big enough for one person. The bathroom was very clean. The parking lot was right on the hotel property.

Cons:

It was quite a drive up the mountain from the downtown. But the front desk employee was helpful with suggesting the bus route instead of driving back and forth to town.
