A pleasant, relatively small hotel located quite high up, offering delightful views over the surroundings. Parking was easy, with spaces available both outdoors and in the garage. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. The room itself was perfectly fine, and the service was exceptionally friendly.
The road up to the hotel from the city below was very winding and narrow. Be particularly careful of oncoming buses in the bends.
There was no EV charging available and no air conditioning, despite the rather hot weather. Fortunately, it was possible to open the window. The room was quite small and the furnishings were very basic, although the public areas were modern and well maintained.
One surprise was that check-in ENDED at 4:00 PM, and after that time the building could only be accessed using a PIN code unless you got the key on time. Fortunately, we had received the code in advance. Another surprise was the early check-out time of 9:00 AM. There were no food options available on-site until breakfast the next morning, apart from a snack vending machine.

Schöne Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Leider gab es abends keine Möglichkeit im Hotel zu essen, was wir sehr schade und ungewöhnlich fanden. Die Bar hatte nur bis 20.00 Uhr geöffnet. Sehr frühes Auschecken empfanden wir auch sehr ungewöhnlich.
Excellent location, easily accessible by bus and funicular from the city, lovely room, large and spacious and very clean, well laid out. Good communications - very easy to arrange a late check in. Only wish I’d been staying there longer.

Bon établissement assez reculé et en hauteur, le centre historique d innsbruck est à 15mn. Endroit moderne et cosy.
Clim absente, voyage fait par canicule.

We had a wonderful stay. I wish we had more time to stay there. Andreas was there when we checked in and checked out and he was a great host and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing too. It was very fresh and a there was a large selection. The location was perfect for us. It was away from the city center, but very close to the gondola to the top of Innsbrook. Parking on site was a plus.
